Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is not safe, as there is nobody it seems safe. But it is not, I have seen two stabbing crime scenes walking my dogs in the area within 3 months !

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If you have pet you will have to pay 50£ per pet per month, it's not a joke! And the price for a car is even more ludicrous.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You can read on the website front page : "but it will also have the fantastic amenity spaces that UNCLE Residents are used to like a private gym, roof terrace and more." Almost all the tenants from Uncle Acton I have talked to are frustrated to pay for the gym and facilities we never had to date (may 2025). On the website the first promise they give you is there is a gym. Not finished but you pay for it! You pay for the rooftop as well, not finished too! But you will pay for it obviously, it's Uncle Acton.

The local shop variety is simply ok. It's not awful but it's nothing special. You definitely have to travel a little to get to anything decent. The availability of transportation is great. Trash is ok. Could be much better though. Traffic noise isn't bad.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have but not always great. More like a business owner /boss from America. Your just a number.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the only heating was just under floor heating. Plus the heating system seems to decrease even when nothing is being used. Also the rent requirement will always be something I rail against. You are essentially pricing poor people out of getting a place to live. It's scummy. I get the supposed logic behind it but there are better ways to operate. Even in America this practice is considered scummy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the locality as it is very residential with tube station right outside, bus stops supermarkets, gyms, coffee shops around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team has been very active and always provides immediate solution and help
