Lived here just over a year and I’m extremely happy with my purchase!

The development is extremely well built, the sound proofing is EXCELLENT. We tested this with our neighbours above who played super loud music through their speakers and we couldn’t hear a thing. The apartments are spacious and on the top few floors there are just 2 apartments per floor so you have a lot of privacy. The building management is decent, we have cleaners and gardeners bi-weekly. The property management is average, they’re slow to carry out changes but they have changed a few things we requested as a development which I know other developments in Acton struggle with (It’s worth noting the service charge is super low so you get what you pay for).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent as it’s easy to get to Acton high street, Shepherd’s Bush, Hammersmith, Chiswick, even Ealing! Lots of independent cafes and restaurants down Askew road, lots of parks nearby too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you don’t have a parking space but you have a car you can’t park within the development.

What is the best feature of your home:

The soundproofing, the space, the safety, the lovely neighbours!

I like living here honestly. The maintenance around the building isn’t really good, especially the quality. For example the gate had been fixed repeatedly so even though they may reply in a short time the quality of service isn’t so good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is good, close to bus stop and Westfield. I don’t like the management.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond in..like 4 days and the quality of fixing isn’t great

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Cctv should be here.

The buildings are nice on the inside and the exteriors are well kept. The apartment is well laid out with modern furnishings. Quite spacious inside and theres a gym nearby which makes it convenient for residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good transport links nearby as well as the location. Lots of shops on the closest main road.

The building management is good and efficient. The apartments are good value for money. The area has a nice feel to it. There are lots of shops nearby that shut late which is very convenient for me. The buildings are all modern and up to date.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's close to loads of things such as train stations and buses nearby as well as lots of shops, however, the outside area is not cleaned often enough.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

nothing

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

how often the outside is cleaned as rubbish has been there for weeks and no one has taken care of it.

The flat is really spacious, I really like that.. The interior layout is lovely. I’m quite happy with my development and the area, the only negative thing I’ll say is that the building management can take some time to fix things.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good transport links but there’s not that much going around here, it’s not very active.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve replied very slowly to the issues we’ve raised

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there’s no cctvz
