Spacious, modern development in zone 2. Amazing location

Flats are great and spacious, dedicated storage room is a massive plus, and bike storage downstairs. Balconies are spacious and the large windows provide a lot of light. The building is attractive and modern. The management of the building is a little slow at times but generally ok.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is fantastic. So close to Acton Town, Ravenscourt Park, Wormwood scrubs, and Chiswick, all short walks away. The tube and crossrail are close, and HS2 is up the road when it eventually arrives. Location is really up and coming, and zone 2!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty slow and require regular chasing to ensure issues are resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew what a great area East Acton actually was!

Fabulous city flats

The flat itself is beautiful, big windows so the rooms are really bright, with top notch materials used for all the fixtures, kitchen, bathrooms and floors. The bathrooms feel luxurious and having a balcony in London is fabulous. Our flat faces the school to the rear of the development and we get the sun all afternoon and evening and it feels very peaceful looking over a small park as well. Not sure the view from the other side of the building is quite as nice but overall I love living here and love the flat itself.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is less than a 10 minute walk to the central line in zone 2 so location is amazing for commuting into the city. The development is walking distance to Askew road which has loads of food shops, places to eat and cute coffee shops. Ravenscourt Park and Acton park are also nearby so lots of green space. Overall-great location!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a real community feel between the residents, people chat from their balconies and we have a WhatsApp group, picnics and parties and there’s always someone willing to lend you whatever you need. It makes it a really pleasant place. Deliveroo also has loads of options ;)

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Parking would be lovely but I know that’s not something new developments really offer especially in zone 2.

Great location, nice flats, but still a few teething problems

The building in itself is a nice design, the flats have good storage space and the finishings are on the whole pretty good. A number of residents however have had a number of issues with burst water pipes, and no noise insulation between flats which has had to be rectified. The property management has been average and often quite slow to fix issues. We are working with the management company at the moment to improve things. Security designs and specs have been quite poor, with security gates not always closing, front doors not closing properly, and residents have had bikes stolen due to poor design of the bike sheds (which has since been rectified).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great as it is Zone 2 and close to lots of transport links across the city. New bike lanes have recently opened which also makes cycling into Central London pretty easy. There is also a lovely canal near by, and other great parks within walking distance. On the downside the area attracts a lot of fly tipping and litter which is really frustrating, and some minor anti-social behaviour in near parks and sometimes in our development (youths stealing packages for example, and graffiti).

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i had known about how close the canal was and other parks as I only recently discovered it!

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Enhanced security throughout the whole development.

Good development with poor building management

Design and facilities are good and make the property a good piece of value for money. However the building management are very slow to respond to issues within the development and can be unresponsive at times. Even when they do respond they aren’t really a massive help as such. Parking situation isn’t the best also but as far as interior design and facilities go this development is 5 stars.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops are bad, no major supermarkets around so you’d have to travel a distance. Transport is okay but could be better.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, been living here for a while.

Pretty and Green

I love living here! There's loads of parks and greenery which makes it more visually pleasing. I can easily walk to Hammersmith and theres a road local to us full of cute coffee shops. I do wish that the high street had more to offer as there are only a few chicken shops and corner stores. The area is also quite safe, I feel comfortable living here. We were told we get 4 visitor parking spaces however we never got this. My flat is great! We’ve had no structural damages so its been built with good quality. I haven’t had to use the heating much as the flat retains a lot of heat! The bills and council tax are reasonably priced. The flat is modern, bright and spacious, I get light coming in all day. The kitchen is the best part of the flat. The building management are a little slow with taking care of issues as we’ve heard however we’ve had no issues which is great. Our neighbours are friendly and easy to live around.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Like - The transport links are great, I can commute around London easily. Dislike - There aren’t enough supermarkets in the area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Theres nothing I wish I knew about this development before moving in.
