I've been living here for three amazing years, and I absolutely love it! The management team is fantastic—always friendly and ready to help with a smile. And the maintenance crew does a great job keeping everything in top shape. Our rooftop terrace is just beautiful, a little piece of paradise above the busy city. I've made so many cherished memories here, like watching the sunset or stargazing on calm nights.

Very close to the station High-street and a large Asda and Lidl. it makes it easy to shop and travel to work

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management always above and beyond :)

Convenient transport, diverse amenities, including lots of shops on the high street and large supermarkets only walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have been very helpful from the start, we had an issue with one of the freezer trays being broken from the start of our tenancy and Eddie was quick to get it replaced.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been nice to know more about the schools in the local area that are in proximity.

Best Development to rent in Hayes

Be:Here don't have Gym or swimming pool or a community hall. However, they have the best atmosphere for the kids to play inside, on the ground, 1st floors and terrace. Also, the property team is so friendly and try all options to make residents happy and engaged, especially during the festive season. They organise social gatherings(Christmas), drinks evening, etc for the residents. We have enjoyed these very much during our tenure so far. In their property, they have different flat layouts, which will really help us to take our decision better. The rooms are spacious and overall, you will not find such great layouts in any other properties in Hayes. You can plan your own private parties inside the premise and even the property team give permission to use their office as well :). Overall, it is very clean property. Outside the premise, the dog park is also there. Having said that, this property is a pet-friendly property. 2-level secured Car parking is also available but comes with some cost and I think is the situation everywhere.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have been very satisfied resident so far here and it has been a very enjoyable experience! With the price you see for a like to like property, 9/10 times, I would choose Gatefold / Be:here over other properties in Hayes. You will enjoy living here, especially with young children and pets. Great transportation links (buses or Elizabeth lines), access to daily needs shops, small, mid-size of bigger, from local shops to ASDA/TESCO/LIDL.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

From a Maintenance angle, I never had a problem with the water supply, electricity and internet except for a few exceptions. Every property has maintenance issues but the resolution time of the property team is fast enough to make you feel satisfied. Maintenance team comprises Eddie, Rajan and Brian. Brian is the Master of "ALL" trades :) They responds promptly and they try to resolve issues as soon as possible. They make necessary and timely communications with the residents to keep us updated with the progress of any common maintenance issue resolution. Sometimes, delay happen due to the dependency on the external vendors, which is normal everywhere. Security aspect is also great here except for the occasional intrusions during summer (For using our great terrace).

Nothing I can think of but gym / sports related anything should have been present according to me

Beautiful but needs a clean

management is excellent as they always keep us all updated on anything going on, the buildings design itself is really pretty and modern I do love it however it could do with a cleaning in a way on the balconies as there are cobwebs and everywhere which can be annoying to walk into.

Its right next to the station and has plenty of choice in supermarkets and shops of all different needs. Bad things are there is like 2-3 pubs and not much in night life, even when you get a train elsewhere on this its like 20 mins just to get to a decent area with pubs and clubs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Instantaneously when it comes to issues like when my bed broke and they fixed it pretty quick it was good so credit to the management team of hayes

Good wise, it was that the people managing are really good at getting back to you and it feels like they care

I’ve been living here at Be Here for the past 6 years, I really love it, the staff is very helpful, the complex is kept clean at all times, I would strongly recommend people to live here. Great location especially with the Elizabeth line which connect you to central london in 20 minutes.

It’s a good location to live, lots of shops around, and very well connected. Staff is very helpful whenever it’s needed

The building management responds very quick about to any enquirers.
