The design facilities in this area is done to a high and professional standard. The houses and flats are built to a really good standard and makes it look like you’re in a really good environment with professional standards. Great scenery all over this area.

Wembley is a beautiful place to live at as they have loads of view points

I wish i knew about the parking in this area before.
What is the best feature of your home:
The view is the best thing at my home. Love the scenery.
Great development with modern facilities
The design, fittings and fixtures of TIPI are great. All appliances are either Siemens or Samsung. There are no heating/drainage issues which is rare in London!
The concierge are super friendly and always available 24×7. Any problems get resolved soon and smoothly.
The best part of the development is the wooden flooring, modern bathrooms and co-working spaces which are great for students or those who are self employed.
Also, rent includes all bills so there is no hassle of getting your own internet or managing electricity etc bills.

During events and matches, the supermarkets and restaurants in the area get really busy. It is almost impossible to shop or get a table at a restaurant!
Some developments like Landsby West don’t have a gym however other developments like Alto have it.

Parking is expensive and the local yellow car park is cheaper than parking in the building for guests.
What is the best feature of your home:
The wooden flooring, rain shower and nice big balcony!

Great Flat, amazing flexibility
Amazing design, excellent location and the facilities are outstanding. The events provided by Tipi free of charge was a lovely additional benefit. The management team were great at handling parcels and any problems that arose during the rental period.

Simple, fair rental
Tipi has been by far the easiest company to rent from in my experience. From viewing to moving in took just 7 days with zero deposit. It is expensive for the area given its also zone 4, but comparatively in the form of quality, ease and facilities it’s well worth the cost. The free event tickets and breakfasts/dinners on occasion make it worthwhile in a more sociable rental experience. The only thing I’d change is the location, if we could have Tipi closer to central London I’d be the happiest tenant.

The amenities around the area are fantastic, shopping and eateries are all great. Event days aren’t so great.

That the gym was included in our rent. Was a pleasant surprise upon moving in.
Bright, Great View and Good Location
Great place to live! Clean and modern flat with a big balcony.
A lot of things you need is there; Parking, concierge, social spaces, gym, dry cleaning.
Everything is included! (but the council tax) Broadband, maintenance, water, electricity, etc…
On top of that, you have the Wembley Stadium, the SSE Arena, the Box Park, the Outlet and the cinema at a very short walking distance.
Tipi’s culture is great and I look forward to see more and more rentals made for us.

Tipi does a good job to tell us all about the flat before we moved in. They were a bit optimistic when they told us the bakery and butchery would be ready at the end of 2018 – just 4-6months off.

Great place to live. Tipi London took care of everything for me when we first moved in. Love that I don’t have to worry about my bills. All is included and not that expensive. The only cost on top is the council tax. Concierge is usually quite quick and helpful.

The only thing that I dislike is how difficult it is to get an uber or any taxi on an event day, plus how very expensive it is to have a car park slot in the building. Plenty of shopping options in nearby LDO

I wish I knew how difficult it is to get an uber or how busy it gets when there’s an event at the stadium.
best rental place
beautiful homes , and attentive staff and concierge, i really enjoy living here and it’s easily acceptable i recommend it to everyone as moving in was so quick and easy !! very nice communal areas. there is a lot of social areas and accessible food areas and shopping stores especially like ikea, costco lidl and so much more.

Why to live here
It is very clean here as you won’t see litter anywhere.
It’s very safe and easy to access transport.
To enter the building it is very hard do so I feel safer

Lack of Parking
Nice ppl and service, a lot events and very clean and tidy!
Friendly service and high quality events, with concierge, nice lounge and kitchen. Sometimes free tickets for football events and concerts in SSE arena and stadium. All the bills are included as well.

Great place to live
Just moved her a few weeks ago and it’s been a great place to live, nice amenities. The management staff have been great and the move in process was seamless. The interior of the building is nice and we’ll kept.
