Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Honestly, pretty good. It's within walking distance of good restaurants, bars, Wembley BoxPark, and necessities, like food shops, post office and a medical center. There are plenty of busses and a short walk away from multiple train/tube stations. There are also plenty of green spaces, and recreational areas. The only downside is that match days, as expected bring massive crowds. Despite the reassuring police presence, there's chanting, fighting & antisocial behaviour, as well as the odd flare or smoke grenade. Obviously it varies by event, but usually it becomes incredibly difficult to get to shops and public transport. These however, are well advertised, so you have plenty of time to plan around it all!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is generally very good. All issues have been address promptly and efficiently and communication is generally good for entire process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When you first move in, there isnt a lot of effort made to make you feel welcome. Its just a sort of key handover and a 'if you need anything come and see us' kind of deal. It's very impersonal.

Your comments about matchday disruptions are very valid — while we do our best to provide advance notice and work with local authorities, we know how difficult it can be to navigate the area during large events. Living at Ark Wembley has been mostly good, with the closeness to the stadium we were worried about noise but the building is very well soundproofed so you can’t hear a thing! The building is close to Wembley stadium station which is super helpful and there’s a good selection of shops and places to eat

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management have been very helpful with issues raised

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The laundry services aren’t great, there’s only 6 washers and 6 dryers between 300 rooms

Good range of nearby shops and the outlet is good for clothes and shoe shopping Restaurants could be better - not enough range I feel Parking is an issue if you have visitors as the Wembley stadium car parks can be quite expensive and you need to pay for a parking spot if you want to park at Ark

They responded super fast - within a day usually and it is resolved well

That the lifts do break quite often! This is quite an issue in the building and causes problems for residents trying to go upstairs. There are a lot of people and only one lift working is not ideal

I really like living in Ark Wembley. If you’re looking for an affordable place with all bills included it would be a great choice. The often make events, and we have yoga and Pilates classes for free. The building is 10 mins walking away from the station. The thing that I don’t like that we don’t have a supermarket near, but you can find Sainsbury’s and coop in 10 mins away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

That fix them problem next working day and make it very fast. The maintenance team wears shoe cover when that enter your room.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think everything great here. No hidden fees everything is included. But before I lived closer to the station so it feels a bit far for me.
