We are really pleased to hear that you enjoy the social aspects of the building, especially the media room and the 12th floor space, and that the location works well for you with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants. It is also great to hear that the bus connections have been a positive surprise and are working well for your day to day travel. Your comments around the laundry facilities are completely understood. We recognise that demand can be high and that the number of machines can make this challenging, and this is something we continue to review as part of future improvements. The feedback around green spaces and lighting, particularly around Union Park, is also very valid and appreciated. I also want to acknowledge your point about communication from building management. While it is good to hear that maintenance requests are being handled promptly through the app, I agree that broader communication could be improved.
