Local shops options are good and location is good, it is convenient thanks to the Wembley area, it is a safe area. However, be aware of the neighboruing construction sites that are on-going and generate a lot of noise throughout the day. Events happening at the Wembley Stadium may also affect your travel plans during the weekend.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Despite raising the maintenance issues multiple times, especially related to the air conditioner issue, the landlord responded sluggishly, and you may not get all the services that you paid for.

The poor cleaning service that they offer and the delicate air conditioning system that they offer. The worst thing is the reluctancy to completely resolve any issues related to this buidling.

Interesting development nice engenering cozy space close to everything around walking distance to a lot of places

They are quick tbh as it’s Part of building service

Area and how busy it can get and closure of roads in event days

Good as close to station coniemce of shops around u, bad as a lot of traffic, busy, closed roads during event days. Noisy.

Tbh issues raised where looked into within 7 days which is great tbh esp being in this location

The area, I wish I knew how busy and blocked it gets.

Area is decent but you can find better alternatives around this area with a cheaper price. Please avoid this place

Slow to resolve any issues. High turnover rate and threatening response .

Poor building quality. Next to a few construction sites.

It’s close to all amenities and very good access to public transports. I’ve enjoyed my stay here. It’s also very close and accessible to where I worked

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I wasn’t sure. I raised twice regards to the hob not working. It wasn’t fixed despite being raised few days ago. And the end I had to go to the receptionist and raised it directly

That the facilities will take ages to set up and it wasn’t promised that everything will be set up by end of March (if I am not mistaken)
