The good thing is the location and the amenity space. The downside is the small beds and loud DLR. It also can be very warm

Yes the building has responded to my maintenance requeste

That the rooms are quite warm and can be a bit too warm in the summer

Good aspects are that it’s in Zone 2 and you can easily get anywhere. Also, the area is very safe canary wharf has their own security which is a plus. There are no bad aspects.

They usually deal with issues very quickly, and maintenance often comes the same day you report a proble

One tip: try to find someone who’s already living here and ask to be added to the residents’ WhatsApp group chat. The link doesn’t seem to work properly, so you have to be added manually but it’s a great way to stay connected with everyone and keep up with events or general updates

Safe area, easy to commute, lot of bar, restaurants and shops around which make it easy and don't need to go to central everyday

Long to reply or management simply ignoring requests

Good aspects include community support, range facilities, events. Bad aspects- short term residents

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It is usually pretty good and timely so I cannot complain.

I wish I had known the strong community vibe before moving in, I would have definitely moved in earlier if I had known that.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is super convenient to leave at ARK as it’s just 3-4 mins walk to Crossharbour DLR station. Even there might be a station closure sometimes but it is totally fine as I can walk to Canary Wharf where located Elizabeth and Jubilee line in just 10 mins. The are a lot of shops as well - 10 mins to ASDA and Waitrose with 2 local tesco and coop nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I normally send an email whenever I have a problem. My messages are responded quick and on point.

The TV in the room can be easily connected to my phone via ChromeCast.
