Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There’s a lot exciting things to do in Canary Wharf, for example there are activities you can do on the river, lots of fun restaurants in the area. also a Asda, Tesco and co op nearby which makes grocery shopping easier. The only negative I would say is the price of things around here, if you want to get your hair or nails done it’s very expensive. There is also no corner shops which can come as an inconvenience for some.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever there is an issue with stuff in the room, maintenance come fix it the very next day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
To make sure you get a room which isn’t so close to the DLR, as even with your window closed all you can hear every 10 minutes is the train passing by.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in ARK is a dream. It’s modern, clean, and lowkey aesthetic enough to feel like you’ve got your life together (even when you don’t). The rooms are comfy, the vibe is very Gen-Z coded, and it actually feels like a proper student community instead of just a place to sleep. Everything you need is nearby, transport is easy, and the overall energy is calm but social, the perfect balance. The parcel room in the basement. Absolute hell. Zero vibes. It feels like a dungeon designed to test patience and emotional stability. Packages go missing, and every visit feels like you’re on a mini survival mission. You go down happy… You come back up lost.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Depending on the day, sometimes good, sometimes shit.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
“So much free food through events, and free brunch every Sunday, would’ve planned my groceries better.”

Close to the tube (some noise but you get used to it). Area seems safe at night. Easy access to grocery stores.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far so good. Have not yet had any trouble. On smaller things, they have always answered fast.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Rooms are quite small but you know this upfront. Everything is quite clean.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Good • Prime Location: It is ideally situated just a short walk (roughly 5–10 minutes) from Wembley Stadium, the OVO Arena, and the London Designer Outlet, making it perfect for event-goers and shoppers. • Extensive Amenities: Residents frequently praise the high-quality communal spaces, including a well-equipped gym, a co-working area, a media room, and a rooftop terrace with impressive views. • Community & Staff: The management team is often described as friendly and professional, and the building hosts regular events that help foster a strong sense of community among residents. • Convenience: The proximity to Wembley Park Underground station (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines) provides excellent transport links into central London. The Bad • Compact Living Space: Many reviewers note that the individual studio apartments are quite small, which can be challenging for those with many belongings or for couples sharing the space. • Facility Reliability: Some guests have reported that certain communal facilities, such as the cinema room or sauna, can occasionally be out of order for maintenance. • Room Issues: Common complaints include inconsistent air conditioning, occasional noise from neighboring rooms or events, and a laundry room that can feel undersized for the number of residents. • Limited Parking: While underground parking is available, it comes at an extra cost and can be difficult for guests to navigate or find nearby on event days.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
To be honest not really. I have few requests a month ago (including fixing services and others). Has been communicating back and forth with front desk or the app. Got a bit frustrated now as nth is fixed and I don’t wanna email the top management either.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The short stay room is very different than long term. Overall it’s good.
Manager response
Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and well balanced review. I genuinely appreciate the level of detail you have provided. I am pleased to hear that you value the design of the shared spaces, the rooftop terrace, the co working areas, and the overall sense of community. It is great to know that the location, amenities, transport links, and team have had a positive impact on your experience. Your description of the public areas aligns closely with what we aim to create, a place that feels intentional, social, and comfortable. I am particularly sorry to read about your experience with unresolved requests and the frustration caused by a lack of progress. This is not the experience we want our members to have. Even when issues take time to resolve, communication and clear updates are essential, and it is disappointing that this has not been your experience. Your feedback here is important and has been noted so we can improve follow up and accountability. Thank you again for your honesty and for recommending us despite the challenges you have faced. Feedback like this is genuinely valuable and helps us focus on where improvements are most needed.
