Canary Wharf is vibrant and well-connected, with great restaurants, bars, and open spaces like Jubilee Park. Shops are high quality and transport is convenient via DLR, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. Streets are clean, safe, and quiet, though parking is limited.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been quick, polite, and efficient in resolving any issues I’ve raised, usually within a day or two.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how quickly laundry slots fill up during weekends—it’s best to book early. Also, the social events are great for meeting people, so joining early helps settle in faster.

Lovely community, great building, the pool is amazing and I love living in South Key. Amenities and tube are super close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They've been quick to resolve problems if anything's wrong.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I could have pets and sometimes the building is a bit noisy.

The area is very accessible which is great. Love the DLR and enjoy walking. The noise is an issue from the DLR. But you get used to it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond within 24 hours and offer solutions very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If I could have got a room at the other side of the building away from the dlr.

There are many restaurants nearby and shops for the basics, including a small supermarket and a dry cleaner. There is also a lovely coffee shop on the premises! The transport links are great!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had some difficulty using the washing and drying machines in the common laundry room and they were super helpful!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The development really is a lot nicer than I expected. I was a little aprehensive and worried I would find the space too small. While I had visited the development before, I don't think I had fully appreciated how nice it was.

Area is close to Canary Wharf, shops, restaurants. Also near to Greenwich Park. Negatively you can hear Dlr noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not timely manner. I been asking about issues and I get different answers from different people.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t know about short stays. They have unfortunately negative impact to long stays. Many times they broke building.

Dear Annamaria, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to highlight both the positives and the areas that you felt needed improvement during your stay. Many of the issues you mentioned, including the condition of the pool area, recliners, cleanliness standards, and general upkeep of shared spaces such as the 20th floor lounge, were important concerns that we took seriously. Since then, we have carried out significant improvements across the building. These include the refurbishment of poolside furniture, enhanced cleaning protocols, refreshed interiors and better upkeep of high-traffic areas. We are pleased to share that many of our current members have been praising the condition of the facilities and the improvements made over recent months. We also understand how vital clear and consistent communication is. We have since strengthened internal procedures to ensure that responses are timely, aligned across the team, and followed through with regular updates. This remains an ongoing focus as we work to provide a more reliable and transparent service. Your feedback regarding short stays has also been taken into account. We have reviewed our approach and implemented new measures to better protect the experience of long-term residents while maintaining a respectful and balanced community. Thank you again for raising these points. It is through honest feedback like yours that we continue to grow and improve.
