Area is so good, nice place to rent! All the neighbours are nice, it’s pretty comfortable live right there. I really like Hamid, he is a resident team member. Sure helps the neighbour a lot! Its man is true friendly and kind.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It’s all good, they will get the problem resolved on time.

They got them all. I just wish the place I rent is clean and comfortable. Can do whatever I want. That’s what I have now

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are plenty of convenience stores on your doorstep, a huge superstore up the road and an IKEA not far away. I enjoy the LDO with lots of stores, restaurants and cinema. The OVO areana is behind the building just steps away to go to a show or a gig! Brent council building has an excellent library, there are more independent small businesses with many different food types and services like pilates, boxing and a beauty salon. A great new GP practice has opened offering great services and a new private dental practice, NHS dentists are hard to find! Lots of lovely trees and nice little green spaces & water features, very dog friendly area. Wembley Park tube station is a ten minute walk away to jump on the Jubilee or metropolitan lines, mainline trains into Marylebone or along the chiltern railway, Wembley Central is just up the road for the Bakerloo line. Being right next to Wembley Stadium it does get busy and noisy on match days with crowds, road closures and no sale of alcohol in the shops. The stadium team, security, police, their horses and dogs do a fabulous job of ensuring that everything runs smoothly. With triple glazed windows and patio doors in your apartment closed you really don’t hear much. I love going to concerts and have been to many, it’s super convenient being a five minute walk from home! It’s also awesome that you can hear who’s playing from your balcony and watch the fireworks.

Any issues raised have been promptly resolved satisfactorily

Many options for good food, drinks, and social spaces, however, most close quite early in Wembley Park, especially compared to Zone 2 and Zone 1 areas. However, transportation is simple and convenient, with great links to the major hotspots in the city via Jubilee and Metropolitan lines.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Overall general communication between staff members could be improved, as there is an area for miscommunication on issues and problems raised, however, any issues raised have been addressed professionally and suitably.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parcel rooms can tend to get quite messy, and there is always the possibility of packages being misplaced or going missing, so I'd recommend either letting someone at the desk know you are expecting an important delivery, or ordering anything highly valuable to another address.

Wembley park is amazing and my building is very close to the station. The resident is very helpful, especially Yasmin Ali.

Yes very quickly and always with a smile and polite communication

Wembley Park is full of great restaurants and designer shops. It also lots of local amenities for children and toddlers, like playgrounds, nurseries and creche. Transport links are abundant and Alameda displays live transport updates for all major tube lines.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When I have had cause to raise maintenance issues in my apartment, the team here has arranged a quick turnaround on repairs, even for items which are perhaps a little less urgent, which was really appreciated. They can get busy during peak seasons, but always communicate lead times so I always know the status of any items I have raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had know how much more convenient the BTR schemes are, compared to the private rental sector on the high street. The ability to really get to know the team operating the building, as well as my neighbours via resident events, makes the value of living here even more appealing, beyond the utility of the apartment itself. I recently attended the Pizza and Prosecco event, which the resident team arranged, and I got to meet lots of people I wouldn't have been able to meet otherwise, which left me feeling like there is a great focus on community here.
