Living in this area is very convenient with a great range of nearby amenities. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, including Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express just a minute away. London Designer Outlet is only a 3-minute walk, offering a variety of restaurants such as Wagamama, Zizzi, PizzaExpress, and more. Transport links are excellent, with bus stops close by and easy access to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Park stations. Overall, the area is lively, well-connected and very comfortable to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With the previous management team, responses to issues often took weeks and sometimes even months, which was quite frustrating. However, the current team has made a noticeable difference—they acknowledge concerns promptly and take action quickly, making sincere efforts to resolve issues as soon as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the availability of a comprehensive guidebook for the apartment and building, preferably accessible through an app, to help residents easily understand facilities, processes, and services. Additionally, having more transparency around fixed utility charges upfront would have been helpful in setting clear expectations from the beginning.

Excellent, very convenient with all the convenient grocery stores and shopping malls and under 5 mins walk to the nearest tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I am so impressed with the maintenance service at Alameda. I had an issue with my shower hose, and the maintenance expert was incredibly professional and efficient. He replaced the hose the very same day I reported it. After the stress of moving, having such prompt and reliable help makes a world of difference. Thank you for the fantastic service

Nothing yet, just moved in, so will watch out and come back.

Wembley is a nice area, and Quintain do a good enough job with all their buildings. Allsop do not - please avoid this building. We were bought by Allsop and it has been a horrible unliveable experience. If you like Wembley, enjoy the area from other buildings.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No. Please read my full review for details. This management have made our flat unliveable and ignored our requests for a year and a half.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were happy when we moved in as we were under Quintain. I wish I knew Allsop would buy this building as I would not have moved in to spare my mental health.

While I was disappointed to hear about the challenges you’ve experienced, I’m grateful that our chance meeting allowed us to connect directly. I want to reassure you that I am on site & fully committed to ensuring these matters are addressed. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback both last night & again today. As mentioned in our community wide communication, I introduced the new on-site team & openly acknowledged that there have been previous difficulties with communication, your comments highlight exactly why this reset is so important. It was good to speak further just now, & I look forward to working together to resolve the outstanding items & move toward a much brighter future. With the new team now in place & continuing to grow, our focus is on improving day to day service & ensuring residents feel supported. It’s well connected with easy access to public transportation like the Jubilee line, metropolitan and National Rail, making commuting to central London. Plus, the area has seen a lot of development, offering a variety of modern amenities, green spaces, and a thriving local community.Also it’s very friendly to people who have pets. So I would recommend people to live in this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I would say not all of the staff would help us to resolve the issue quickly. But if you ask Shaun and Yasmin Mohamed for helping. They will definitely respond and resolve the issue very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think it would be better to known if your flat has any issue before and ask them to get inventory checklist.

Great range of shops restaurants and bars. Transport is very close too. Parking is the only tricky part.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well. Julian has been great at fixing the issue

I think there needs to be more social events and opportunities.
