It’s well connected with easy access to public transportation like the Jubilee line, metropolitan and National Rail, making commuting to central London. Plus, the area has seen a lot of development, offering a variety of modern amenities, green spaces, and a thriving local community.Also it’s very friendly to people who have pets. So I would recommend people to live in this area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I would say not all of the staff would help us to resolve the issue quickly. But if you ask Shaun and Yasmin Mohamed for helping. They will definitely respond and resolve the issue very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think it would be better to known if your flat has any issue before and ask them to get inventory checklist.

Great range of shops restaurants and bars. Transport is very close too. Parking is the only tricky part.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very well. Julian has been great at fixing the issue

I think there needs to be more social events and opportunities.

Living in Wembley is vibrant and convenient. The area offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets, chain stores, and cafés within walking distance. The nearby outlet shopping centre is very attractive, providing great shopping options. There are also various parks for children to play and for family leisure. Open spaces like Wembley Park are perfect for walks and relaxation. Public transport is easily accessible via Wembley Park underground and bus routes, though it can be crowded during peak hours or on event days. On concert or football match days, the area becomes busier and transport may be slower, but the lively atmosphere is enjoyable. Neighbours are respectful, and although occasional noise occurs, my flat remains calm and comfortable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded promptly and effectively to any issues raised, ensuring residents’ comfort and peace of mind. Yasmin and the front desk staff provide excellent support, making the building a comfortable and welcoming place to live.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It was great to learn during my first visit, coordinated with Yasmin, how helpful the team is. James showed me the flat and made the viewing very comfortable and friendly, ensuring I could make the best decision. I also quickly discovered how useful the shared facilities are, such as the study rooms, terraces, and gym.

A very convenient location, Jubilee line, Met line and train are available. Lively environment, with different kinds of shops, and a few parks for children.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management team is nice and helpful. They followed up and shared the info in details.

There is a market near Sainsbury during weekends. Variety is large, it’s a good chance to support smaller sellers and farmers.

It’s nice living in Wembley Park, easy route to the station and loads of shops around you. Event days are very busy but the council / building are good at managing it and things get cleaned up and back to normal quickly after, notice is also given.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Mostly okay, one major request which took some escalation and we are still waiting on.

It’s so nice living in an area where security are always walking around, the biggest plus as a woman. For Alameda specifically, package system works really well and we’ve never experienced any theft etc, gym is great and 24/7. Bin system has gotten better under the new management. Come to Alameda you won’t regret it :)
