Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Pros: - Prime location for students and working professionals, with the city centre just a short walk away. - Excellent transport links, with both the train and bus stations nearby. - Modern amenities and well-designed community spaces. - Vibrant local scene with cinemas, shopping, dining, and entertainment right on your doorstep. Cons: - Disruptive Construction Work: Ongoing construction both within and around the building caused significant daytime noise, particularly affecting residents who needed to study/work from home. This disruption detracted from the otherwise comfortable living environment.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has generally been approachable and responsive when contacted. I had two main issues during my stay. The first—a blocked bathroom sink—was resolved fairly quickly after I opened a case, which I appreciated. The second issue involved broadband downtime, which lasted for more than two days and caused a fair amount of inconvenience. Although staff were polite and responsive throughout, it would have been better if the issue had been resolved more swiftly. However, the resolution of certain larger concerns—particularly around the delays in promised amenities like the gym and the absence of the advertised breakfast service—was slow and lacked clear communication. This left many residents uncertain about what to expect and when those facilities would become available. While minor maintenance requests were handled relatively efficiently, some larger concerns felt overlooked or were met with vague updates rather than concrete solutions. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of transparency and follow-through.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Unfulfilled Promises on Amenities: While the development advertised features like a Grab ‘n’ Go breakfast service and a fully equipped gym, these were not available for residents who moved in during the September intake. The gym did not open until April, and the breakfast service was not provided at all—leaving residents disappointed by the mismatch between expectations and reality.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very good location. Tesco right at the bottom of the building which was extremely useful for late night grocery runs. Extremely close to city centre and universities. Everything within a walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Generally very very good with responding to any issues or problems that may arise. There’s a maintenance portal and generally queries were addressed in 10 days or less. Some queries which according to the system are classified as non urgent can be expedited by talking to the management. Initially when I moved in, this wasn’t the case and I really had to push them to atleast get a liveable space. But throughout the rest of my tenancy I had a good experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew the real condition of my apartment before I moved in. I was shown the video of another apartment with a similar layout. But I really wish I had seen the real condition of my apartment. I moved in 15-20 days after my tenancy started and had expected that since i have paid the rent for those days as soon as I arrive I’ll be able to start living. But when I arrived the apartment was so dirty, stained mattress extremely unhygienic and unusable. Sofa was stained, study chair was broken. Toilet was dirty. Induction was greasy. Some leaves under the mattress for some reason .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very good for young people. Close to local clubs and bars as well as being around a variety of restaurants and also a 2 minute walk to the morrisons. Bin collection seems to be quite infrequent as bins are always full. Not much noise from traffic only occasional noise later in the night from people coming back from bars.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sent an email regarding a complaint and never received an email back or heard anything from them. However we’re very efficient in sorting out another issue regarding a flat viewing
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Make sure to look at the view out of the window as it is a mistake we overlooked when we viewed the building as I didn’t see the exact room in which i am currently staying in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living around Q Three Residence in Leeds is very convenient. The location is central, with lots of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. Trinity Leeds and other shopping centres are nearby. Public transport is excellent, with frequent buses and Leeds train station just a short walk away. The area feels lively but safe. Bin collections are regular and there are no major issues with anti-social behaviour. Traffic can be busy at times, but it's expected in a city centre location. Parking is limited, but not really needed thanks to the excellent transport links
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
the building management has been very quick and helpful in solving any problems, always responding professionally and making sure everything is fixed without long delays
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving into Q Three Residence is that during peak hours, the lifts can get quite busy, so sometimes you need to wait a little longer. It’s not a big issue, but it's helpful to plan ahead when you're in a rush
