The local area is convenient and well connected. There are several supermarkets and local shops within walking distance, along with a good selection of cafés and takeaways. There are also nearby green spaces which are useful for walking and relaxing. Public transport links are reliable, with regular bus services and easy access to main routes, making it straightforward to travel to and from the city centre. The street itself is generally quiet, bin collections are regular, and there are no significant issues with traffic noise or antisocial behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally been responsive and professional. Issues raised were acknowledged clearly and resolved within a reasonable timeframe, and communication throughout the process was helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartment uses a top-up electricity meter. I had been informed about it, but I hadn’t used one before, so it was new to me. It turned out to be a really positive feature, making it much easier to manage energy usage and keep track of costs. I was also not aware initially that a Wi-Fi router is provided; all that’s needed is to contact the internet provider to activate and set it up, which made the process much easier.

The area is peaceful and generally clean, with good access to supermarkets, cafés, and public transport. Local parks are pleasant for walks. However, since I have kids there is nothing to entertain them in the compound.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is helpful and professional. They respond to emails promptly, and most issues, such as repairs or cleaning, are resolved within a reasonable time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the place as soon as I arrived in Leeds.

Secure apartments, great property management team and commutable to places. Very safe. It is a student area so be warned there will be noise and activity but apartments are very quiet and nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt and effectively all issues were fixed without any issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known the heating and cool nature of apartments due to the large windows.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pros - close to the centre of town, very good transport links (bus and train), near to large parks, bins collected in timely manner, charity bins nearby, some scenic walks nearby Cons - close to a student area which can be occassionally noisey (though the flats are far wnough away from the streets to be disruptive), and sometimes they leave their bins on the pathway. The Otley road (otley run) is something to be aware of before moving--I can't hear it, but I get used to seeing people dressed up regularly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, and responded promptly, as we had a moth issue

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

(Its perfect) (remember when you go to headingley on Sat you may see people dressed up- you will get used to it)
