Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pros - close to the centre of town, very good transport links (bus and train), near to large parks, bins collected in timely manner, charity bins nearby, some scenic walks nearby Cons - close to a student area which can be occassionally noisey (though the flats are far wnough away from the streets to be disruptive), and sometimes they leave their bins on the pathway. The Otley road (otley run) is something to be aware of before moving--I can't hear it, but I get used to seeing people dressed up regularly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, and responded promptly, as we had a moth issue

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

(Its perfect) (remember when you go to headingley on Sat you may see people dressed up- you will get used to it)

Close buy to shops, bars and transport without being in the centre. There’s lots going on, and can get everywhere easily without having the problems of being in an area in the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all problems were logged and resolved within 24 hours with no issues. Was really easy, with no hassle.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would like to know how to use the intercom system but don’t really need it at the moment.

Headingley is a vibrant and welcoming area with excellent shops, cafés, pubs, and lovely green spaces like Beckett Park. Transport links are reliable, with frequent buses and a nearby train station making it easy to get around. Good parking spaces. My street feels safe and friendly, with regular bin collections and a great community vibe. A lively, convenient place to live with lots of charm

Excellent service! Very quick and responsive. Recommend!

Headingley park is a great location. It's on Headingley Lane which has frequent buses in and our of city centre, and its only a 30 minute into city centre. There are also some Leeds city rentable bikes by the entrance on Victoria Road, but I've never used these; not have I used the onsite bike storage. I haven't needed parking either, but Headingley Park definitely has lots of space. There are plenty of local smaller shops, or there is Headingley Arndale about 15 minutes away with most shops you would need. Lots of good takeaway options around too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a cupboard fall apart at oen point. We emailed Charlotte and Rob sorted the issue in 2 days. We're happy with how quick management always responds to issues/questions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you work in city centre, you should really save yourself the bus money and walk if you are able. I've found that the bus usually takes around 20 minutes depending on timetables/delays. I've managed to consistently walk into city centre in 30 minutes by cutting through Woodhouse Moor. It's £2.50 for a bus ticket now. If thats two trips a day, 5 shifts a week, 52 weeks over your tenancy, thats £1,350.00 you'd save in a year!!!
