Very well placed with a 5 minute walk to headingley shopping centre and a small drive into the city centre. Parking is readily available on site although at a cost per mo th. The site is secluded so very quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yeah always they have come the same day and had it fixed within two days

The gas and water price is included in the rent payment and electric is on a meter so you can’t choose your own supplier if is the same for internet

Great area close to city centre and headingley centre, on the main road but surprisingly quiet in the complex

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really fast and friendly responses to any issues that I’ve had

The price increases each year were a shock, the rent prices increased a lot

Living on headingley Lane has its perks in terms of accessibility to the bus stop which is less than a minutes walk. The headingley centre is around 10 minutes from the development and Hyde park is 5 minutes in the opposite direction. A perfect balance of exciting and calm lifestyle suitable for various people. The development is also a mere 5 minutes walk from the Hyde Park area which is populated by a 24hour sainsburys and various eateries. A prime living location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Rob is the real deal! He is available to fix any problem, should they arise. Prompt response times and quick turnarounds is extremely impressive!

Living in the nearest building to headingley Lane can sometimes get noisy especially late nights on weekends. It's mainly because of intoxicated individuals being loud on the main road. But no complaints as it is bearable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is conveniently located next to the main bus routes on Headingley Lane, as well as the 56 route via Victoria Road. You can be in the city centre in 10-15 mins via bus. Headingley has loads of shops, bars, barbers etc just ten mins walk away and has a strong community feel. It can get very busy on Saturdays with Otley Runners, sports fans and general footfall, but nothing unbearable. Once you're back at Headingley Park, it is generally very quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been great with respect to my tenancy renewals and maintenance issues.

There are loads of advantages to living at Headingley Park- it was a great place to live!

Everything is good! It’s a very friendly and clean neighbourhood. Ordering food delivery convenient and there is a Sainsbury just nearby here. It’s quite quiet at night so that we can have a good sleep. Bin collections is excellent! No mess and mouse here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very careful. Very quick and friendly! Makes me feel warm

There’s a back door and the bus top is really close. It’s very fast and convenient for us to take a bus to go to the university or city centre.
