Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location, just out of town but walkable. Access to lots of shops some being only a few minutes walk. On street parking isn’t available, but parking is available to rent. This is a higher charge than other developments but very secure. The ambulance station and railway can be noisy at times but the windows in the development are excellent to eliminate this - only an issue while windows are open but even then it is fleeting. There has been some issues with anti-social behaviour, however the management team are quick to deal with this.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded quickly. They have acknowledge the problem and issue, with understanding and clarity of the next step.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t realise how hands on and helpful the management staff would be, there is mostly someone here who can deal with any issue which might occur. The homeless situation in close proximity. The building who share some facilities are managed by a different company and sometimes the anti-social behaviour of those tenants.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good aspects of where we live is that we are only 10 minutes away from the town centre and all the shops and restaurants that Leeds has to offer. We are also 20 minutes walk from the Leeds arena where loads of amazing bands play. The road network around us is great, you can be on the motorway in 5 minutes and it is really easy to navigate. The downside is that there are a lot of homeless around this area and they can be loud and rowdy but this is the same for all major cities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Extremely well, the issues were dealt with immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing for me was that the hobs in the kitchens are induction hobs so we had to buy new pans.

Everything is so convenient with loving 5-7 min walk from the centre and the train station . As a person who travels a lot for work this is so convenient. The only thing is with parking there is no free parking that’s the only issue
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t really had any but if I have concerns they are solved right away I adore all the team members from management to the freelancers and receptionist they all make me feel at home
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was always aware that we would need to pay for additional parking I just think if we didn’t this place would absolutely be perfect

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is a genuinely pleasant place to live — plenty of good cafés, independent shops and green spaces, plus reliable transport links that make getting around simple. The street itself is calm, with tidy bin collections and considerate neighbours. Parking is generally manageable, and the only thing I’d welcome is a few more supermarkets within easy walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management has been excellent — every issue I’ve raised has been dealt with promptly and with real attention, which has made living here feel very easy and well-supported.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I’d known beforehand is just how smoothly everything runs day to day. You can’t really appreciate that from a quick viewing. For anyone new, I’d say make the most of how responsive the team is and how welcoming the neighbours are — it makes settling in genuinely straightforward.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are plenty of amenities close by, and it is a very short walk to the town centre. There is some street parking available, but it is for permit holders only, which limits those who can visit by driving.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had issues with the maintenance of my toilet which was solved quickly. I found communication easy and the issue was fixed quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The variety and social aspect of the events organised at the building are a great selling point.
