Well thought out design both in the apartments and the overall complex. Enjoy having the gym and pool and tv room/sun lounge areas alongside the dinning rooms. Front of house staff are very friendly and always on hand to help with any questions or issues.

When I came to view the apartment the resident didn’t answer the door so had to come another day to view.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have been proactive and responded quickly to any issues

Lots to do locally but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Nice local attractions and very scenic

Please review your development:

Love the building our third year here. The staff are so sweet particularly Kiew and Shingy. Always going above and beyond and make such an effort to make you feel at home.

The communal spaces are great and a nice way to entertain and meet your neighbours

Proximity to student accom is a bit close. So can be loud

Yes usually varies. We had a power cut for several hours

The development is one of a kind

I recently moved in the flat & the staff was so cooperative and welcoming. I didn’t face any issue. There is a tesco right across the building which makes everything easier.

The development is one of a kind. I’m so happy in this property with all the facilities around. The gym & swimming pool are well-serviced & clean. The management is also cooperative. Co-working space is lovely there’s ample space for everyone to sit & WORK.

I had a good tour of the property before moving in & everything was transparent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We only had one set of keys so they tried to arrange a new set for us asap.

It’s a nice place to live

It’s clean & welcoming staff always visible and willing to help and it’s got a sense of community which is nice

Please review your development:

The space and location is great
I think the gym lights are extremely bright and could be turned down a little
I also think we could removed one of the bikes and replace with the stairs machine and I know many residents have requested this

Toye – is a great staff member also

Not sure I think the parking is a issue but we knew that before lol
