The location is great, shops and public transport (buses&train ) is 1 min away, great strategic!. my kids are safe , amenities are well provided, admin staffs and receptions are approachable, friendly, kind , respond quickly when we have concerns in the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick respond of your concerns, they dealt it immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This building have it ALL. Friendly staff and tenants you’ve encountered, you feel SAFE always. Clean environment. GREEN SPACE everywhere you enjoyed.

This development is a great place to live. The location is convenient to EVERYWHERE! Staff are friendly and efficient and I have always felt well looked after.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well - always helpful and sorted in time !!!!

I knew everything that I needed to know before I moved in!

I have been living here since April 2021. There is a great community here, lovely facilities, friendly staff and I am super happy to have found it. I will stay here as long as I live in London.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are 3min walk to the Victoria line and overground train options. We are one stop from Tottenham station so easy transport to Stansted airport with direct train. You do not get any noise disturbance from being so close to the tube/train. We are directly opposite a Tesco and close to Coop and independent stores. Lots of local coffee shops and breweries as well as a great view of the Wetlands, so does not feel like a typical view for London. We look really far North East but its 20min to Oxford Circus. There are available parking spots for a monthly fee but sometimes this can be difficult to get, so there are some other options locally for a fee. We also have food trucks a few times a month.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are usually quick to respond and help when they can. There is 24 hour concierge too who always help when I need something. The parcel room and inside bike storage are so convenient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was lucky enough to house sit before I moved in, so I had a time to feel it out before I made a plan to move in. I think you get a lot of additional things living in this building. I think if community is what you looking for then this is a great choice. Sometimes the lifts are out of order, which is completely normal for things to have faults over the years, we then have to rely on external companies to get them working which can take time. This is inconvenient to the people living on higher floors or with strollers and dogs.

Location is very convenient as 2 min walk from Victoria line. The area is very clean and there is a nice community within the building. Lots of opportunity to make new friends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually when there is an issue or something is raised it is dealt with quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before I moved in I wish I knew that parking in the local area is limited.

Close to Blackhorse Road Station, on the Victoria line and Suffragette Overground line, the development Blackhorse Mills is easy to access, with fast links to central London. Shops and restaurants and cafes are starting to emerge.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Timely response and making sure the issue has been addressed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How clean the air is! So close to Walthamstow Wetlands. A pleasure.
