Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is a nice place to live as a student. It has many rooms for us to go in and study in peace. Callum on concierge is very nice and is always helpful. Caitlin, Kyran, Andy, Paige and Anton are also great additions to the team!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always courteous when it comes to dealing with requests.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I moved from another country, so having friendly staff to make me feel at home was nice.

They always address issues promptly and consistently follow up, which is truly appreciated.

Due to the location, it can get a bit chilly in winter and warm in summer, but its easily manageable.

The Lexington, L3

May 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are situated close enough to the waterfront for the fresh air, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Whilst the area is nice it's nice to have the locals working in the building too. The concierge staff Callum, Caitlin, Andy, Paige and Anton are amazing to see every day! The management team are always there for good local suggestions. Kyran, Sophie and Millie are a great asset to the team!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always with ease, they make any stressful situation less stressful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing I wish I knew before moving in, I have come from Canada so it can't get much more stressful than that!

Probably the best place to live in Liverpool

Apo Liverpool, L1

May 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good: The center of Liverpool is basically in your back yard, everything is close and almost all facilities are available. The bad: Very limited parking spaces around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Their service is prompt for maintenance or quickly fixable issues; however, larger matters beyond their immediate control require significantly more time to resolve.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had been aware of the parking difficulties, and that being centrally located in Liverpool results in significantly higher car and motorcycle insurance premiums.
