Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Milliners Yard is an incredibly convenient place to live, 5 mins from Lime St station and around 12 mins to Liverpool Central station , really close to all the shops in town and short walks to the waterfront and also the cathedrals and Hope St.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, when my boiler was faulty it was replaced quickly and I received compensation for the old boiler causing the bills to be higher than they should have been so a very satisfactory outcome.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One of the best things is a real sense of community the management have created, with regular events of all sorts happening every month and regular emails keeping us all up to date and connected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Brilliant views, great communal spaces and the staff are lovely. Especially the gentleman who works nights, I believe his names Dean. He’s constantly going out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. I have had very little to report. But what little I have has been addressed very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew it existed sooner. Wasted my money living in alternative locations

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I really like how close everything is in our neighbourhood, city center is a quick bus ride away and a lot of major routes have bus stops just under my building. Only thing I would flag is how the streets can get very noisy on the weekends and sometimes homeless people can get very loud too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Issues were always managed professionally in reasonable time spans.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The streets can get noisy on weekends and homeless people occassionally exhibit troubling behavior.
Manager response
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a HomeViews message – we really appreciate you sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear about your experience with us, and it’s always great to know when residents are enjoying their home and community. We also completely understand your comments regarding noise levels. Being in a central city centre location does mean there can sometimes be a bit more activity and sound than in quieter residential areas, particularly during busy periods. That said, we always aim to support residents wherever we can and appreciate your understanding of the nature of the location. Your feedback is genuinely valuable to us, so thank you again for taking the time to share it. If there’s ever anything you need or anything we can do to improve your experience further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Best, Kevin

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This place is literally 5 minutes away from city centre! Anything you need is close! The train station is close, you have 5 different bus stops in front of the building! As for any noise complaints, we hardly hear anything from outside and all the tenants are considerable! There is parking available even for electric cars! Bins are regulated daily.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any problems or issues we have in your home, are being dealt with the same day or next day depending on the situation. Management is on point and pretty serious when it comes to its tenants!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
From the first day we were given the tour of the place with all the insights on what to do and what not to do! Management also explains to you how to deal with the bills and what you can do if you face any issues!
