Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is quite convenient, with a good range of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. There are also some nice open spaces for walking and relaxing. Transport links are generally good, with easy access to buses and other connections, making commuting relatively straightforward. On a more positive note, the development offers useful amenities such as yoga classes, which are a great addition and help create a sense of community among residents. The street itself is fairly quiet. I have occasionally experienced some anti-social behaviour. As an Asian resident, I once had an unpleasant experience where a stranger shouted at me near the entrance of the accommodation. However, despite this, the building feels secure overall due to CCTV and controlled access. The staff also texted me later to check if I am okay. Bin collections are regular and well managed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is responsive when issues are reported, and they do arrange for contractors to attend. However, some problems have not been fully resolved. For example, my window has been difficult to close properly, and although contractors have visited twice during the past one and a half years, the issue has still not been fixed. On the positive side, the staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, and they usually respond politely to queries.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local area is still up and coming, and there is a moderate amount of anti social behaviour and rubbish around. However, it is in extremely central and easy to get anywhere with Lime st so close.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Most issues are dealt with promptly. We only had one slightly negative experience due to long wait times on maintenance, but once this was resolved it was dealt with quickly and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The area can be a bit rough sometimes, but the building is incredibly safe and I have never felt at risk inside. Make use of all of the facilities in the building, it’s worth it!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is perfect, my university is down the road (University of Liverpool), the train and main city centre is just a walk away and lots of shops nearby for all needs (I.e., Taza for halal meat and superstore, Lidl and Tesco). Especially with the new Spar which opened up right next door. Due to the location, there is rarely any noise from the outside too. Overall, a great local area!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a leaking washing machine which was promptly looked at
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Great place to live, just be aware that living near the gym can cause some noise disturbance but message the concierge and they will sort out the issue

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
In my local area there is a lot of facilities and shops close by that saves me a lot of time in getting some quick items from the shops and quiet neighbourhood who is welcoming and supportive. Living 20 minutes away by foot from work makes it easy to get there and keeps me fit. The gym also helps me with that too. In addition, living very close to the train station helps me a lot meaning I don't need to walk far to get the train.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always respond quickly and gets repairs completed well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I'll be honest not a whole lot really, only to the point in how to use the boiler, but that's all really.
