The building is located in a vibrant area, easy to access shops, train station and few minutes walk from city centre. The parking is convenient and there is council parking as well which is very helpful if you've got visitors.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Both Kevins' been helpful and responsive. The whole team is helpful

Nothing, it's Up to standards. We like that the building is lively

I feel very happy living in this area. It is quiet, safe, and well connected, with good access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Everything I need is within a convenient distance, which makes daily life much easier. The neighborhood is pleasant, and I have not experienced any significant issues with noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded promptly and professionally whenever I have raised a question or needed assistance. Communication is clear, and they make sure issues are handled efficiently. I especially appreciate the support from Elsa and Zoe, who are always friendly, attentive, and willing to help

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, I wish I had known how smooth and comfortable the experience would be. The development is well managed, the environment is welcoming, and the team is incredibly supportive

I would like to give a huge shout out to one of the employees Zoe Archer. She has been amazing throughout , nothing is too much trouble and helped us when we really it. Always professional, friendly and polite. Zoe has excellent communication skills, always has a smile ! An absolute credit to Milliner’’s Yard.

Excellent. Everything you need right on your doorstep! Lovely place. Great shops bars places to eat hotels for family to stay

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With immediate effect. I had a question about the meter and staff Elsa was there within no time and helped resolved the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing bad all good no issues since moving in last August 2025

Good access to essential amenities. Shops, cafe and restaurants within walking distance. 10 mins walk to Liverpool lime Street station and bus stations.
