Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Short walk from various transport/amenities: Lime Street Station (< 7 mins), University of Liverpool (< 10 mins), Lidl (< 4 mins), Tesco Express (< 2 mins) etc. Pay and display/permit street parking available as well as payable underground parking within the building at £175 pcm. The immediate area surrounding the property is rough so wouldn’t recommend walking around on your own at night but during the day it’s absolutely fine. There is loud construction noise from the site opposite during the day if you’re facing North East but hopefully it’ll reduce as the works near completion.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve not had to raise any issues so far but I’ve heard from other tenants that management are very quick to respond especially regarding any urgent repairs. I’ve also personally witnessed Dean (night receptionist) rush off to personally attend to leaks etc. whilst waiting for the emergency call out plumber.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The one tiny niggle I personally find a bit annoying is the multiple inspections management carry out of the flats every few months. I suppose it’s a legal requirement due to the building still being fairly new but it can be a nuisance for tenants. They do try to carry out the inspections in a respectful and non-intrusive way though which helps.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to centre of town which is great. Immediate vicinity is not appealing - stealing from shops, late night kebab shops, homelessness.

Sometimes delayed but then always resolved as needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

What was provided in the flat as part of being 'furnished'

The building is located in a vibrant area, easy to access shops, train station and few minutes walk from city centre. The parking is convenient and there is council parking as well which is very helpful if you've got visitors.
