Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is well structured like accessibilty there are lifts on either side of the building , a gym which is accessible to residents, 24 hours reception staffs are on duty, the management team are on site weekdays and any issues with the property is dealt within the right time frame avoiding delays. I had a smooth experience with the team from my viewing to getting the property till moving in and settled. The 24 hour reception team is an added advantage to the property and the reception staffs are exceptionally good in their work and commitment , especially Zoe, who has never failed to keep her promise, she has been very supportive and helpful from the time I have moved in , being new to city , she guided me on all local amenities and would always repond if I needed anything, she has been very helpful in my moving and till date, if you need anything she is the person. I wish her and the Team Good Luck and my heart felt Thanks
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team responds to every request on time, and take accountabilty to resolve the issues if any within the timeframe.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Didnt know that they organise events where everyone could meet each other which was really a nice experience to find new friends and get to know our neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a great area, very close to the city centre with plenty of supermarkets nearby. There’s a bus stop right outside and Lime Street Station just two minutes away. The building has parking if you have a car, the views are amazing, and the facilities are excellent.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every time I had an issue or question, the building management team responded incredibly quickly and professionally. Kevin and his team were always approachable, kind, and efficient in solving any problems, no matter how small. They not only handled maintenance requests promptly but also checked in to make sure everything was sorted afterwards. It’s rare to find such a supportive and genuinely caring management team — they really make living here easy and stress-free.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I honestly wish I had known earlier how well the place is managed and how friendly the whole team is — it would have made my decision even easier! Also, I’d recommend new residents to take full advantage of the great facilities and the location; having Lime Street Station and the supermarkets so close makes life incredibly convenient. If you drive, it’s worth knowing that parking is available, which is a huge plus in the city centre. Overall, everything has exceeded my expectations.

Moving here was a grrat decision. The rooms are perfect, the staff are friendly and there to help with anything you need, very close to the city center as well as shops and universities

Any maintenance issues have been seen to and fixed very quickly

Just lovely staff and great building in a great area

Living in this building is ideal in many ways - especially when it comes to location! It is less than a ten minute walk from Lime Street Station, a short stroll from Liverpool City Centre and also has an array of food spots and shops near by. There are also numerous parking spots available - which is helpful for visitors!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always been helpful and assisted in handling all problems/issues in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I honestly can't think of anything that I wish I knew before I moved in as I visited more than once and asked any questions I had (and all queries were kindly and informatively answered by the Milliners Yard team).

Daily life made easy - central train station and bus station 10 min walk , city centre 15 mins walk, all local shops are at the tip of your nose, ranging from Asian to European , everything is available, the Royal hospital is another 10 mins walk all these aspects make this development ideal for living.
