Great Facilities and a Friendly Community

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Milliners Yard is in a convenient location, within walking distance of Liverpool city centre, the Baltic Triangle and the waterfront. There is a good selection of supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby, making day-to-day living very easy. The area has excellent public transport links, with regular bus services and Liverpool Central and Lime Street stations within walking distance. There are several green spaces and the waterfront nearby for walking and recreation. Stafford Street is generally quiet for a city-centre location, although there can be some traffic noise and activity at weekends due to the nearby nightlife. Bin collections are generally reliable, and as with many city-centre developments, parking can be limited unless you have an allocated space. Overall, the location offers a good balance of convenience, amenities and accessibility.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

You could say: > The building management team has generally been responsive and approachable whenever I've raised any issues. Communication has been clear, and maintenance requests have been dealt with in a reasonable timeframe. The staff are friendly and proactive, and they regularly organise resident events and activities, which helps create a welcoming community and shows they genuinely care about residents' experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I'd known before moving in is just how much the resident amenities add to the experience of living here. The gym, roof terrace and co-working lounge quickly become part of your daily routine, and the free coffee machine and regular community events, such as yoga sessions and pizza-making evenings, make it easy to meet neighbours. I'd also recommend making the most of the resident app and keeping an eye out for events, as they're a great way to get involved. As with any city-centre development, it's worth being aware that there can be some noise at weekends and parking is limited if you don't have an allocated space, but overall the facilities and community atmosphere make it a great place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve really enjoyed living at Milliners Yard. The area has a good selection of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and bars within walking distance, making day-to-day life very convenient. Transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses and the city centre. The street generally feels safe and well looked after, bin collections are reliable, and I haven’t experienced any major issues with noise or anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and convenient place to live, and I’d happily recommend it to others.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve raised any issues. Communication has been clear, and they have dealt with maintenance requests and general enquiries in a professional and timely manner. I’ve always felt that my concerns were taken seriously, and the team has been friendly and easy to contact.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how active and welcoming the community is. The management team regularly organises events for residents, which makes it easy to meet neighbours and feel part of the community. I’d also recommend making full use of the rooftop terrace, as it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the views. The parcel collection service is another feature that’s been really convenient and has made receiving deliveries simple and stress-free.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has a great range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars. All within easy walking distance and town centre being only a 5 minute walk away. The public transport links are excellent with convenient bus routes and Lime Street Station being a walk-away. The street itself always felt safe, clean and well maintained and very little anti-social behaviour or excessive traffic noise. Parking can be limited at busier times, but overall it's a fantastic area to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues or queries raised were always dealt with promptly and professionally by the building management team. They were approachable, easy to contact and kept me updated throughout. Making the whole process straightforward. It's clear they genuinely care about both the building and the residents, which made living there a very positive experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known just how much of a community the building has. The regular resident events are a great way to meet people and make friends, so I'd definitely recommend getting involved from the start. I'd also suggest joining the residents' communication channels early on to keep up to date with events and important building updates.

The apartments are within walking distance to the walker art gallery, central library and world museum and provided great entertainment for my toddler. Transport links are excellent, with regular bus services and liverpool lime st station nearby, making commuting and getting around straightforward.

Yes, they have been so help and have responded to any issues in a timely manner.
