Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at The Lexington has been a really positive experience overall. There are plenty of great local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the city centre and waterfront are easily accessible. There are also some nice open spaces nearby for a walk. Transport links are excellent, with regular buses and Lime Street station not far away, making it easy to get around. The street generally feels safe and well maintained, bin collections are reliable, and traffic noise is minimal. Parking can be limited at times, but that’s expected in a city-centre location. One of the biggest positives has been the staff – Caitlin and Callum are absolutely amazing, always friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful whenever anything is needed. They really make the building feel welcoming and well managed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, when my washing machine and dishwasher had issues raised on the app and was sorted in a timely manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don’t pick your apartment purely based on the front view onto the waterfront, check out the apartments on either side of the building as the direct apartments can get very warm in the summer, whereas the side apartments stay cooler with views just as good.

Manager response

Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to share such a lovely review of your experience at The Lexington. We are delighted to hear that you enjoy the building, our communal spaces and the rooftop terraces. We really appreciate your kind words about the team. It is wonderful to hear that Caitlin and Callum have helped make your experience feel welcoming and positive. Creating a great resident experience is something we care deeply about. Thank you also for your helpful feedback regarding apartment choices and for highlighting how quickly maintenance queries are resolved. We are grateful to have you as part of The Lexington community and hope you continue to enjoy your home here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Absolutely love living here! Caitlin and Callum are amazing! They make living here that much more enjoyable. It’s always good to go home to a friendly face. There’s no noise between apartments. There’s a sainsbury’s local just at the bottom of the building. Bins are collected regularly so it doesn’t build up. Great views! Floor to ceiling windows.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building has responded to all issues that I have had very promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The water facing apartments get pretty hot on a hot day. Very simple solution. Get a portable AC unit.
