Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking availability is poor, there is not enough space to park within the building so public parking must be used. However this is not a big issue. Generally the location is great and the area seems to be up and coming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Non applicable therefore I cannot say. But when we moved in we were told that they would respond to all issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

it would be nice to be able to view the exact flag we could sign for rather than an example. We found that the carpet was very worn in the apartment we moved in to which was frustrating and would have been good to know.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This place really feels like the sweet spot of living in Liverpool! I feel like I am on holiday in my own city. The location is right in the city centre, and yet out of the way of the business of L1 or the business districts. Close to a Sainsbury's for shopping - quiet over the night time, and access to a car park too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Millie really went the extra mile for assisting my move in here, and the rest of the team on reception and maintenance I am still getting to know however all have been super friendly and helpful for every request.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments do get very warm in hotter days. AC would be nice!

Stylish Urban Living with Exceptional Amenities at The Lexington

Winnie (Tenant)

The Lexington, L3

Sept 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Lexington is surrounded by diverse bars and restaurants, including trendy chains like Revolution at Albert Dock and upscale spots like Slug & Lettuce and Hanover Street Social. These venues offer everything from great cocktails to quality brasserie-style food and live performances, reflecting the vibrant social atmosphere of central Liverpool. The nearby Sainsbury Local provides convenient access to groceries and household essentials. For outdoor recreation, The Lexington is near well-kept parks like Everton Park and Dock, both offering wheelchair access, picnic areas, and dog-friendly facilities. Families benefit from playgrounds and open green space.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been prompt and efficient in addressing any issues I’ve raised, always ensuring problems are resolved quickly and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I really wish I had known before moving in is that the apartments do not come with a dedicated work desk. Since I work from home often, I found myself needing to buy my own desk to create a comfortable and productive workspace. It would have been helpful to know this in advance so I could prepare accordingly before moving in. For anyone planning to work or study at home, I’d definitely recommend bringing or purchasing a good desk to make the apartment more functional for remote work or study.

Good place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good : the views and the area are to die for and with a sainsburys local just a step away And Next to it is a cute caffe and the John Lewis mall is pretty close too . The bad : really nothing except if you are a student at one of the uni’s it’s a bit far but you can still catch the bus . One Little bad thing is that if you are one tenant you can only have one key / fop so you have to open the door for your family anytime they come , but I understand that it’s for security.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I still haven’t faced any big problems , but I’m sure it would be easy to talk to staff since anytime I have a question I always ask the team Dean, Millie, Halima, Kyran, Caitlin & Callum and they always help and reply to me ! And Millie has especially helped me a lot 😄

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That you can only have one key / fop per tenant . People who live here are very nice 👍
