Great location with shops and transport nearby, modern building, but parking and traffic can be tricky..

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been responsive and helpful, resolving issues quickly and keeping residents informed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is fantastic overall, but a few things aren’t obvious from a viewing. Parking can be limited and quite pricey, so it’s worth arranging that early. Also, book shared facilities like the gym or terrace in advance during busy times. The management team are friendly and quick to help, and getting to know them makes things much easier. Noise levels are generally low, but you might hear some traffic during rush hour. Overall, it’s a great place to live with a strong sense of community

The location is perfect, lots of coffee shops, parking availabiilty and other shops in the surroundings of the building. Only a short walk into the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always fast to respond to any queries that I have asked, however I had not had any major issues.

About the events and how friendly other residents are

The location of the building is perfect! We have everything that we need on our doorstop. There are a range of coffee shops as well as other shops such as Home Bargain, Sainsburys and Costco.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not yet had any problems however the staff are very responsive so I think they would respond fast.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about the events and how easy it would have been to make friends here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking availability is poor, there is not enough space to park within the building so public parking must be used. However this is not a big issue. Generally the location is great and the area seems to be up and coming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Non applicable therefore I cannot say. But when we moved in we were told that they would respond to all issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

it would be nice to be able to view the exact flag we could sign for rather than an example. We found that the carpet was very worn in the apartment we moved in to which was frustrating and would have been good to know.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This place really feels like the sweet spot of living in Liverpool! I feel like I am on holiday in my own city. The location is right in the city centre, and yet out of the way of the business of L1 or the business districts. Close to a Sainsbury's for shopping - quiet over the night time, and access to a car park too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Millie really went the extra mile for assisting my move in here, and the rest of the team on reception and maintenance I am still getting to know however all have been super friendly and helpful for every request.

The apartments do get very warm in hotter days. AC would be nice!
