The development is impressive, with modern design and high-quality facilities that cater to the needs of residents. The building management team is highly professional, ensuring that everything is maintained to the highest standards, and residents are kept informed of any updates or changes. The property management team is excellent, providing prompt and efficient service when needed, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents' needs are met. The development's location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, providing a great balance of urban living. The development's security is also top-notch, with 24/7 surveillance and access control systems, ensuring that residents feel safe and secure. Overall, The Lexington is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in a modern and convenient location. The design, facilities, and building management, are all top-notch, making it a great place to call home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We've had the pleasure of living at Moda for over three months and can confidently say that the building is truly amazing. The staff, especially Adam and Kevin, are incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Adam, in particular, is exceptional at his job and resolves any issues quickly and efficiently. He is so kind and makes us feel so at ease. We never worry when there's a problem because of him. The building itself is always in great condition and kept clean. However, the only downside is that the facilities can be overloaded with students at times, making it feel more like a frat house. We're unable to use the co-working space as it's always full, and we've never really used the cinema room due to it being out of order or unavailable. That being said, the building is incredible, and the staff make it 10 times better. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city, with plenty of local shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Parking is a bit of a nightmare. It's frustrating to park the car in the multi-story car park next door and always have to carry a lot of bags and items from the car, especially when it's raining. It would be nice to have a parking space in the Moda building. In addition, it may be worth considering changing the utility provider that Moda is registered with for electricity and water. The fees are highly concerning, especially in relation to the size of the apartment. Never had any issues with bin collections or bad smells. And we didn't encounter any anti-social behavior at all in the building. All residents are kind and courteous. Overall, I would highly recommend Moda to anyone looking for a great place to live in the city center. The building and staff are fantastic, and the location is unbeatable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is responsive and quick to address any issues or problems that arise. This type of proactive approach to building management ensures that tenants feel valued and that their concerns are being heard and addressed promptly, leading to a more positive living experience overall.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The price of monthly utilities would have been good to know beforehand.

Friendly and helpful staff

The studio I live in has been designed where the window is directly opposite the front door so there is a very loud whistle when the window is ever open which is often in a warm high rise apartment. Furnishings are beautiful, property is managed exceptionally well

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bin chute can be out of order, quite warm building, but have been the only ‘bad’ things events are great and make me feel right at home, building feels always safe and clean and everyone is so friendly

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Window was broken and partly repaired very quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is exceptionally hot and I wish I knew how to enter the building at night and the staffs names maybe

I have lived elsewhere in the city in an apartment block and the difference in the quality of build, architecture and ambience of The Lexington is unbelievable. I have only been here a short while but I am very happy with all aspects of having my home at The Lexington. I want to make mention of the reception, cleaning and maintenance staff. All of the reception staff are pleasant and welcoming. They are very helpful. The building is well maintained and always looking at its best. Sometimes people forget how many units are in The Lexington and this makes the way it looks and is cleaned and maintained as exceptional. Special mention to the management leasing staff who made my move so easy - Dean who showed me around The Lexington and answered all my questions in a professional manner, to Kadira who was my initial contact and then made sure everything went well on my move and Sophie who is excellent at communication over maintenance and works matters. Thank you.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Lexington Liverpool is ideally placed 300m from the world famous River Mersey. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within waking distance. The Royal Albert Dock, which is a very vibrant tourist attraction, is a 15 minute stroll from the front door. Paid car parking is available very close to the development. Public transport is very good. The environment at The Lexington is excellent - the build is so good that very little noise transmits into the apartments.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - a stuck window was resolved in due time. No fuss.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The initial viewing was so good I was happy that everything was as it was explained on the viewing. I bought some covers for the bottom of my chairs to stop the 'dragging' noise - maybe they could be provided in the welcome pack - very east to fit and reasonably priced!

All is quite good

Dmitriy (Tenant)

Aug 2024

All is quite good There exists things that can be improved - gym, there is no weighing scale, and no belt for pull-ups with weights(such a special belt with chain to attach weights). sauna after gym is really a very good thing to have and it occupies not such a lot of space(but it is obvious that for this exists public gyms with saunas and swimming pools) - co-working space, it is just not so good as kitchen, mostly because tables are not like in any IT office, no feeling like individual space, and there is no way to work standing only sitting on a chair - all apartments doors are closing quite loud But my summary that all is really good

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good place, it is quite and very close to center, everything is located in 5-10 minutes very comfortable walk. There exists a big parking building just 20 meters from this one if there will be no available parking place to rent

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I can say special thanks to Dean, there was such a big delay from Canopy company with all verifications and Dean helps with contacting them and ensure that there is enough documents and we don't postpone settlement day Also want to say thanks to Kadir, Sophie and Maria I got a good review of the building and it was really good to speak with them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

May be that temperature in launch zone and kitchen can be a little cold so always come dressed warm

Immaculate building, immaculate vibes.

The design and vibe of the building never gets old, it is a wonderful place to call home. The décor throughout is very contemporary and colorful, an inspiring and trendy look. There is a gym that is decently sized and likewise very modern, as well as a large social area with a dining room that can be hired as well as a cinema(!). Should you have any issues or queries, this can be handled through the Moda app, where you text any problems you may have and it be resolved accordingly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Lexington is a stunning building in a stunning location. For convenience and essentials stopping, there is a Sainsburys adjacent to the site, and a Tesco just a short walk away. If perhaps you fancy a nice meal or some drinks, the dock is situated very close; about a 5-10 minute scenic walk along the River Mersey. There is parking available for those who drive, but if you do not, buses are abundant around the local area as well as James Street train station nearby. There is a good waste system in the building, with a clear recycling strategy albeit the waste chutes that are available per floor seem to seldom work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had no issues yet that have needed to be resolved, but the system for it in place is very trivial and easy to use.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It gets very hot in your apartment on the waterfront side during hot days, so factor that into your decision on which apartment you would want to choose.
