The management team, comprised of Zoe, Kyron, and Charlotte, deserve special recognition for their professionalism and dedication. They have always been approachable, responsive, and proactive in addressing any concerns or queries I've had. Their commitment to ensuring a comfortable living environment is truly commendable. Furthermore, the utilities in the apartment are top-notch, providing convenience and efficiency in everyday living. I appreciate the attention to detail in ensuring that everything functions smoothly. One aspect that stands out is the well-maintained grounds and regular updates to the property. It's evident that the management team takes pride in their work, as the grounds are always immaculate and the facilities are kept up-to-date.

One of the standout features of this apartment complex is the secure underground parking, providing peace of mind for residents who value safety and convenience. Knowing that my vehicle is protected adds an extra layer of comfort to my living experience. Moreover, I've been consistently impressed by the regularity of bin collections and the dedication of the local team in keeping the surroundings tidy. Their attention to detail ensures that any mess is swiftly addressed, maintaining the pristine appearance of the property. Living on the fifth floor, I've been pleasantly surprised by the tranquility that envelops the space. Despite being in the heart of the city, noise from the streets below is virtually non-existent, allowing for peaceful relaxation and undisturbed nights.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

One of the highlights of living here has been the seamless support provided by the management team (Zoe, Kyron & Charlotte). While I rarely needed to raise issues, their responsiveness and helpfulness were always evident whenever assistance was required.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly endorse Sherborne Place to anyone seeking upscale urban living in Birmingham. With its attentive management, and unbeatable location, it sets a high standard for modern city living.

Fantastic modern, pet friendly development with incredibly helpful and friendly staff that never fail to answer any questions you might have or help in any way that they can. Charlotte, Ky and Zoe go above and beyond to make living in Sherborne Place the best it can be. There is a great sense of community in Sherborne thanks to the many residents events and fantastic communal areas.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The developed is very well located and is perfect for a short walk to the city center for work but equally well connected for public transport with close tram and bus stops, or if you commute via car the traffic in and out even at peak times is never an issue. Sherborne Place perfectly balances the proximity to bars, resteraunts and any ammenity you could need with quiet and calm living.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response to any of the problems has been fantastic.

I wish I had of known about Sherborne alot sooner!

The design of the space is stunning, couldn't think of a better design. Furnitures are amazing, closets, sofa, chairs, dining and coffee tables, and TV counters are all perfect. Though the kitchen counters seemed fragile upon usage, so be careful. Appliances includes fridge, sink, and dishwasher.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Walking distance to convenience stores such as Costcutter and Premier. Easy access to canal walks and theres a caribbean bar Mellow's close by. Brindleyplace and Broad St are also great places to find restaurants. Buses and trams are close but not for trains. Parking spaces are available to rent, bin collections are as easy as it gets, there's various events throughout the month held by property management, and completely no traffic noise whatsoever.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is very responsive and could be contacted directly through Whatsapp for easier communication, we could also always go down to the reception to talk to staff.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would love to know that ethernet cables are preinstalled within the flat, with wall jacks on the bedroom and the living room. A very pleasant surprise!

The development is really well designed, modern and apartments have the latest design specs you'd want and expect, if you were buying your own home. It feels really safe here, we have a super-helpful, friendly and responsive team, who help with all manner of things during the day. They even organise a variety of events for residents to enjoy. The security team during night time and weekend hours are friendly too - making you feel like you can relax and confident your home is secure. We love the green spaces and access to the private marina for dog walks and are really excited for the new facilities soon to be available. Something you might also appreciate, is the communal spaces are clean and do not smell?! So many developments in Birmingham you find have dirty carpets and smell of urine/takeaway - you don't have to worry about that here!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect, we are a 5-minute walk from Brindley Place, for those who know, is an excellent choice for food, drink and shopping at places such as the Mailbox. I have lived in several apartments in Birmingham, one was quite close to here. The difference here, which I really do love, is that is so quiet - I think it helps we are close to a private marina, which is only accessibly to residents and the boaters.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team have responded really quickly to issue's we've raised, not that we've had many. We can trust that any problems will be picked up and remedied quickly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known how close we were to the public transport links. On moving back to Birmingham City Centre and in this development, I decided to sell my car - as I just didn't use it enough to justify the cost. I was thrilled to find the tram less than a five-minute walk away, bus stops to lots of different places close too. Also Five Ways rail station less than a 15-minute walk. So convenient!

Outstanding amenities and wonderful caring staff

The apartment is spacious and modern with lots of facilities. Upon arrival the apartment was clean and we were provided toilet paper, dishwasher and washing machine tablets and eco friendly cleaning supplies, which was a lovely touch. The communal garden and seating areas are always clean and tidy along with apartment hallways and lifts. Charlotte and the properly management team have been amazing at answering any queries and are always happy to help. Charlotte has particularly made the whole moving in process smooth sailing from start to finish.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Sherborne Place has made working in the city so much easier! It is close to tram stops, nightlife on Broad street, restaurants and entertainment at the Mailbox and only a short walk to both 5 ways and New Street train station. Street parking is available after a certain time which has been ideal for having family and friends visit as well as on site car parking which is available to book.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Charlotte has assisted with any issues that have arose, particularly when I was having issues with the ila app, she quickly contacted IT to get my account fixed so I could access everything I needed to.

I really wish I knew about this development sooner.
