Very near the city centre and school, I like how convenient it is to just pop down to Tesco in the middle of the night for a snack and head over to brewdog on Sundays for the half off discount
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In general I haven't had any problems yet, but I believe based on my experience with interacting with management staff that they will be very on the ball when it comes to solving any issues raised
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn't realise there was a roof terrace before I moved in which would've absolutely been a bonus when I was deciding whether to move in, also love the green courtyard near the bin storage, very neat rustic design with the plants and metal ornaments around

The location is fantastic — just a few minutes' walk from everything you need. There's a Tesco right outside the door, and public transport is very convenient with a bus stop directly in front of the building. Uber is also readily available in the area. The only downside is some noise on weekends from people nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they have always been helpful and quick to respond to any issues I raised. Their support has been consistent and reliable throughout my stay.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how incredibly convenient it is to have Tesco literally right outside the door — it saves so much time!

I’ve looked here since they opened and it was very excited to rent a property here. The location is fantastic and the advertisement of the property depicted a fantastic design with a gym and beautiful reception area. However, neither of these were built until six months into living there. On top of that we had to pay backdated council tax for an extra six months because the building was not valued. There are promises of lots of events that would take place and these have not materialise. On top of that there’s been an entire changeover of staff and we are not kept informed. My rent is increased almost £200 per month and it takes a really long time to get any repairs fixed. It doesn’t feel like there’s much loyalty to existing customers which is disappointing because I had such high hopes for this place.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. The initial maintenance repairs were terrible, but that individual is no longer working here. There was a fantastic maintenance man but unfortunately he moved onto a different job and we’ve been left with spotty maintenance repair since then. There are many really good staff but they seem to move onto other jobs at other organisations.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That numerous students would allowed to lease here, that there would be a that there would be a lot of inappropriate behaviour from residents and that many of the amenities advertised would not be built.

they could not careless and this has been made clear by them.
