Area is well situated to road links and railway nearby in Rugby. There are shops/restaurants available within walking distance. Area is quiet and has access to multiple green areas

All requests have been actioned quickly and fixed in full

Sone road surfaces are not finished, beware when driving around

Since day 1 of the whole process, Laura Conaty has been very helpful and professional. She took time and showed me around the house and how to use the heating system, the front door, where all the meters are - i really appreciate all shes done. The only thing we have noted which would be an improvement of the design of the house- is the kitchen.... we have 1 cupboard that looks like a cupboard but its stuck down and not usable - and we do not have enough cupboard space for plates, bowls, cups, pots, pans, cupboard food etc.... so we are having to now buy a stand-alone kitchen larder to accommodate. It would have been nice to have more cupboard space .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

So far we have not encountered any issues on the street. Neighbour's have been friendly, the parking has been fine for us two, the noise at night is complete silence! In the day it's slightly different, but thats due to it still being under construction in some areas so thats to be expected and is not an issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not any any building management issues as of yet

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The kitchen cupboards and not having enough room for what everyday people have in their kitchen.

A quiet and well-designed area. My property has plenty of privacy and parking. It's a village location, so no facilities on the doorstep, but plenty within easy reach.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't raised any as yet, so I am unable to answer this question.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A car feels like an essential, although I believe there are regular buses connecting the village to larger towns.

Love living at the Pioneers. It is in a great location, my daughter’s school is within walking distance and restaurants and convenient store also within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

You can always call Lynn, she explains the correct procedure and helps you quotes along through the portal.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be great to have covered parking bays. There is enough space between the houses to add covered bays, helps in winter when it is raining.

Great location to town and local shops. Great coffee shop/ brunch and breakfast spot right around the corner as well. Short drive away from the town. No traffic noise quiet at night. Great to have on street and drive way parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had an issue with the internet not working upon move in. The management company has been working hard for a solution and has given us a temporary solution for now.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known our specific property would not have a doorbell or camera.
