It’s good building but could have been designed a bit better. Loads of space good size bath. Hall is a bit small and half the telephone in the flat don’t work and the doors slam. I think they could have done a better job of the work they have done. I felt it was rushed

5/10. Sometimes they don’t act quick enough to jobs for fixing things that are who with the building
Good area and nice houses
Very good sales and development team and can reach them whenever needed
Design of houses are good and many different options
Good to know that the number of the houses is limited
Every house has a parkin lot but street width might be bigger
Some gardens have a slope requiring a level of landscaping

The layout of the house is very good
The size of bedrooms is enough for almost of kind of desired design
Best so far !!
In aspects of the design it is very spacious in the front room or should I say living room and plenty space in the kitchen the bathroom is a good size and the bedrooms are a good size for a two bed. I do feel however it was a little bit rushed which is quite upsetting but it is expected to have defects within the first 12 months

He is brilliant in the area very quiet very friendly neighbourhood. We are having a little park built on our estate which I think is brilliant considering I have a little boy. I also think the look of the house is brilliant there is no parking problems and it’s so quiet and peaceful I love waking up to the animals on the farm the back

I do wish as for a person renting a new build for the first time that I had a bit more information such as they are prone to mould and damp as the foundations have not yet set

Beautifully designed houses, only downside on the Whitfield design I would say is the small master bedroom comparatively to the other designs. Gardens are large. Good quality build materials.
Building management have been very receptive to any problems and complaints, always a prompt reply though rectifying problems sometimes takes longer.

Good local area – on a private estate so no through traffic. Though near a railway line there is very little noise from this.
Bin collection normally reliable.
Lack of parking space – once people start parking on the narrow road it fills up very quick, though this is likely to improve once the builders etc leave the site.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Check for drainage pipes in the garden early and if not present get these fitted!
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
I would have liked a larger master bedroom + a private driveway (ours is shared with a neighbour)
Good design.
Reasonable input from current management company – but costly, with upkeep of communal spaces/greens. No recent input from Bloor homes. Unfortunately still finding faults from corners cut in the building works, but minor details mainly now.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Reasonable sized communal space/park. Regular bin collections. Not a lot of on street parking without blocking neighbouring homes. No giveaway sign at the junction of the two roads on the estates- has led to a few near misses with cars.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Difficulty of essentially living on a building site when one of the first home owners on a new estate – little courtesy with regards to parking outside your house etc.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Initially responded promptly in the early snag period – though tried to avoid some blame for faults.
Great houses in a perfect neighbourhood.
Quiet neighbourhood with great views of the area, it has a lovely play area and there is the greenway just 2 mins away for a lovely walk or the common across the road with shaded areas and open areas for children to play. The schools are outstanding and the nursery’s in the area are brilliant too.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Beautiful common across the road a lovely little play area on the development and in a great area perfect
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The size of the house compared to the show homes was a shock and a bit of a pain.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Slow to start with but they were very helpful and managed to fix or correct all our problems.
Lovely, quiet place to live
The development itself is lovely despite still being built. The design that is progressing is well executed and to a high standard.
Building management from bloor homes has been good, any issues that arose in the beginning were quickly rectified, also to a high standard

Lovely area, close enough to major transport links but with zero traffic noise.
Visitors parking is pretty much non existent.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Be mindful of parking, very difficult to accommodate visitors
