Overall very good experience staying in this apartment complex.

A small thought regarding apartment design. It is difficult to block noises sometimes, due to that the neighbours affected. This is due to the room design, living rooms cannot be beside bedrooms which affects the privacy. Sometimes feel that we are missing green areas within the apartment complex.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location wise very good which includes shops, parking facility, transportation. Bin collections from the apartment is very good as they are maintaining proper timings every week. May be there are few tenants who are not maintaining the rules after repeated mails / communications from Apartment authority.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Communication for any queries is perfect, which is on time always

Green areas within the apartment complex is not sufficient

The building management is okay, I like how there is 24 hour security and lift access. All of the reception staff are lovely and helpful and have always sorted any problems The only issue I have had is with one security man who is always on his phone and has handed me the wrong package a few times

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects of my living area is that it is close by to all amenities within the town. The bad things are the people who don't pay for parking blocking up the roads. Also there is no control over people being loud during anti social hours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems have always been sorted as soon as possible, this has been pleasant.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew they were going to up the price of the parking and rent. It is a small space and we should not have to pay so much. I also wish I knew they were going to take away space in the lobby area

I enjoy the themed design of the buildings. The facilities are always conveniently available throughout the day. The management is kind and approachable when you see them out and about. The only issue is with one of the receptionists, as he is always on his phone, either talking or playing games.

The shops are conveniently located and close by, and the bin collection is consistent and efficient. However, the parking situation is problematic due to the high parking fees, while some people are able to park their cars on the side of the road without any charges.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been quick and efficient with issues that have arisen.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the rent would increase after a year, as this was not mentioned beforehand.

Property management is top notch and anyone who’s rented for a while will really appreciate that. The design of the flats is pretty good - if I could make suggest some small improvements then I would but I’ve made my flat my home in the best way I can.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here is very convenient for me. It’s well managed and I feel safe and comfortable. The station is 2 minutes away and I can park my car off road. The other tenants I’ve met are polite and friendly and it’s a lovely community.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I reported a fault with my washing machine which they dealt with as quickly as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had a flat that didn’t face in to the sun in the afternoon because it gets quite warm. I’m also facing the road which can be noisy when windows are open. I don’t really like the vertical blinds which flap about in the wind.. that could have been thought through more.

A short distance from the railway station makes this an ideal place for those who commute to London, whilst a short walk into town gives you numerous venues for eateries and the local Asda. The site is also in walking distance of Junction 1 retail park. Onsite parking spaces are available to rent otherwise pot luck in local area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops include a Tesco and a couple of 24 hours shops near by. Nearest pub is the Seven Stars with has won the CAMBRA pub of the year 2024. On site bin and recycling in separate storage areas. Been here a year and just renewed and not seen any anti social behaviour, and only the normal traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quickly and repaired items first time.

Parking is difficult if you don't get a rented spot
