Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is very convenient, with excellent transport links including DLR, Underground and bus connections. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés within walking distance, making everyday life easy. The area feels safe and well maintained, with pleasant open spaces nearby. Bin collections are regular and reliable, and any occasional issues are dealt with quickly. Overall, it is a vibrant and well-connected place to live with everything needed close at hand.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues or questions I have raised have been dealt with promptly and professionally. The management team communicates clearly and keeps residents informed. Luciana, Lia and Abdi deserve special recognition for their excellent work, as they consistently go above and beyond to help residents and ensure that any concerns are addressed efficiently
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
My advice to new residents would be to make full use of the facilities and not hesitate to contact the team, as they are genuinely friendly, professional and committed to creating a positive living environment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
One of the main advantages of living in this area is the convenience. There is a Tesco nearby, as well as several Chinese supermarkets, which makes grocery shopping very easy. The property is also close to Canary Wharf, where you’ll find a wide range of restaurants, cafés, shops, and other amenities. As for the downsides, the area can feel quite busy during peak hours due to its proximity to Canary Wharf, but overall it is a very convenient and well connected place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is calm area, not noise from trains, underground or etc. A few minutes walk you are next to the nice river and green area to walk.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I have searched more, especially not new builds. Especially from other than Berkely. The prices the do doesn't worth it. Also they are not supportive at all.
What is the best feature of your home:
My view. I'm in 10th floor and I have a good view.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has a good range of local shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within walking distance, with a variety of options for everyday needs and dining out. Transport links are very convenient, with frequent bus and nearby tube/train connections, making travel into central London easy, although peak times can be busy. There are also pleasant open spaces nearby for walking and leisure. On my street, parking can sometimes be limited but generally manageable, bin collections are regular and reliable, and there is minimal anti-social behaviour. Traffic noise is present at peak hours but is otherwise fairly quiet and residential.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally responded promptly and effectively to any issues raised. Problems are acknowledged quickly and usually resolved in a reasonable timeframe, with clear communication throughout the process.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy parking and nearby traffic can get during peak hours, which isn’t always obvious during viewings. Also, it can take a little time to get used to how quickly bin collections and maintenance schedules operate, so planning around those helps. Overall, the flat itself and management are good, but these small day-to-day practicalities are worth being aware of for new residents.
Manager response
Dear A Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We’re really pleased to hear that you’ve had a positive experience living here and that the building, facilities, and overall upkeep have met your expectations. It’s especially appreciated that you mentioned Saad and the management team — we’ll be sure to pass on your kind words. Creating a well-maintained and supportive environment for residents is very important to us, so it’s great to know that our responsiveness and communication have made a difference. We also appreciate your balanced feedback about the local area and day-to-day practicalities such as parking and peak-time traffic. Insights like these are genuinely helpful for future residents and for us as we continue improving the living experience. Thanks again for your feedback and for being part of the community. Kind regards, Darek

Great building but the area massively lets it down, especially considering the price.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is not the best I’ve seen. Gets a little sticky especially evening time. Some weird people around. Great local store tho (Nisa) 👍 nice people working there
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Had an issue during winter time upon return to London. The issue was resolved a month later, which is highly underwhelming considering the severity of the problem
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly just wish I knew what kind of area that was. Other than that I was happy with everything
