Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at the E3 3ZD postcode (Riverstone Heights in Bromley-by-Bow) offers an incredibly convenient slice of East London life, anchored by the Bromley-by-Bow Underground station and a massive Tesco superstore right on your doorstep. Transport links are exceptional for quick commutes to Stratford, Canary Wharf, or Central London via the District and Hammersmith & City lines, and you have surprisingly scenic escapes nearby like the historic Three Mills Island and the River Lea. However, typical inner-city realities still apply; while the immediate modern development provides a secure bubble, the wider Tower Hamlets borough experiences higher urban crime rates, and proximity to major arteries like the A12 means traffic noise and occasional litter are standard fixtures. Ultimately, it’s a highly practical, well-connected spot where the sheer convenience generally outweighs the standard metropolitan grit.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been absolutely fantastic in responding to any issues I have raised. They are consistently prompt, highly professional, and ensure that any maintenance problems or general inquiries are resolved quickly and efficiently. It is incredibly reassuring to have such a proactive, reliable, and communicative management team taking care of the building and its residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I could know there is tesco superstore near by, it is really helpful for my life

The area is very convenient for day-to-day living. Public transport links are strong and make commuting easy, although it can get busy during peak hours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has generally been responsive and helpful when dealing with any issues. In particular, Saad has been outstanding—he is always quick to respond, professional, and proactive in resolving problems. He takes the time to listen and ensures things are followed up properly, which gives a lot of reassurance. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with how issues are handled.

Manager response

Thank you, Antoni, for your thoughtful and detailed feedback! We’re really glad to hear that you’re enjoying the design, comfort, and natural light in your flat, as well as the privacy and quiet atmosphere. It’s also great to know that the coworking space and shared areas are working well for you, and that your friends are impressed when they visit—that’s always a good sign! We appreciate your kind words about the team’s responsiveness and flexibility. Ensuring that any issues are addressed quickly and conveniently is a top priority for us, so it’s encouraging to hear that this has been your experience. It’s also wonderful to hear that the location and amenities—like the nearby transport links, shopping options, gym, and on-floor bins—are making day-to-day life more convenient. Thanks again for your recommendation and for sharing your experience. If there’s ever anything more we can do to improve your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out! Kind regards, Darek

On average very well. We had the door taken apart and repaired about 3 or 4 times which seemed unnecessary. otherwise fine.
