Dear D. Jovita, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re very pleased to hear that you’re enjoying the building’s design, facilities, and overall service, and it’s great to know that our team’s responsiveness and secure handling of packages have made a positive difference to your experience. We appreciate your recognition of the quick turnaround on repairs and maintenance as well. Thank you also for your honest feedback regarding the surrounding area. We truly value this input, as it helps us better understand residents’ day-to-day experiences and how we can continue advocating for improvements where possible. Your comments about the building management’s efficiency and timely contractor support are greatly appreciated — ensuring residents feel supported is very important to us. Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There’s not lots nearby but the gym next door is very convenient and the building is very quiet. Tube stop is a huge bonus
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We are able to WhatsApp them to raise anything urgent
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish I’d known there wasn’t much in the immediate area
Manager response
Dear Gme, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoy the building’s design and have found our team — especially Helga — helpful. It’s also great to know the coworking space has supported your work-from-home routine. We appreciate your honest comments about the post room and are sorry for any inconvenience caused by misdelivered parcels. We’ve noticed that some issues occur when residents accidentally use the wrong address — our building is 18 Reed Avenue, not 8 Reed Avenue, which is a different block. Please double-check that your delivery address and postcode are set correctly, as this helps ensure parcels arrive safely. Thank you as well for your thoughts on the surrounding area. While the immediate neighbourhood is quieter, Bromley-by-Bow station is very close, and many residents appreciate living in a more residential setting while still having quick access to key destinations such as Canary Wharf, Stratford, and London Bridge — all reachable within around 25 minutes. We’re pleased to hear that contacting us via WhatsApp has made it easy to raise urgent issues. As always, we’re here to help whenever you need us. Warm regards,

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
living in my local area has a mix of positives and negatives. there is a reasonable rnge of shops, restaurants, and open spaces, ofering enough choice for day to day needs, though some places could benefit from more variety. Transport links are generally convinient, but delays and limited services at busy times can be an issue. My street is mostly quiet and friendly, although parking can be difficult at peak times. bin collections are fairly reliable, and while there is occasional trafic noise, serious anti social behaviour is rare.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
building management has generally been responsive, addressing issues in a reasonable time frame, although some matters have required follow up before being fully resolved
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how the day to day noise levels and general activity in the building change at different times of the week. It’s something you don’t really notice during a viewing but can make a difference once you’re living here. i’d also recommend new neighbours check how well the building services, like parcel delivery and maintenance requests, operate in practice so they know what to expect.
