Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Tube station 1 minute walk away and 30mins to Liverpool st station direct , large tesco next door. What else do you need ?! Potentially a good cafe will make this location spot on. Whats great is a loading bay area for your delivery van (basement, if small enough, and outdoors for the rest) to bring in your belongings conveniently.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, almost immediately . We had minor issues in the toilet and the ceiling which they helped address - theres a convenient whatsapp number u can message the team on.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
At your doorstep you may not necessarily have access to a good cafe for your barista fixes - the nearest is at Bow Road which is not too far and the fact the a huge Tesco and the tube station a minute away from the entrance meant that the tradeoff is fine for us. This is a build- to-rent property which means that the team will have your keys and may need to enter while you are away to conduct maintenance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Absolutely love the proximity to convenient stores and the station. Theres a good amount of takeout pots to discover. It’s also quiet and safe neighbourhood to live in. The only thing I wish was better is availability of free parking.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve raised one issue and it was dealt with as quickly as possible
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have love to know that some service providers don’t work efficiently here

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area has been really convenient because it’s so close to a wide range of shops, cafés, and restaurants and there are plenty of transport links nearby, which makes commuting quick and easy. Overall, it’s an amazing location and great place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always respond very attentively and resolve any issues or concerns I may have almost immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t really have anything I wish I had known beforehand, as most things were straightforward when I moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s so convenient for Canary Wharf. Great transport links with the Jubilee, Elizabeth and DLR lines within reach. Good local stores and an Asda close by for the Big Shop. The Isle of Dogs is great for takeaway, and there’s a few decent pubs within a 30 minute walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yep, the facilities staff respond quickly every time
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There’s no rubbish chute, you have to take your rubbish to the basement.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is really good because it’s safe and there’s the DLR really close as well as coop and tesco, as well as salons.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance teem is amazing they are so fast and fix everything well. Management in the front desk is good especially Alifa she’s amazing
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I thought there would be spinning classes all the time which is a reason that made me move here, but after I came I realised they don’t even do those classes even though there’s a spin room. Another thing is the extra charge for the cincema room and dining room.
