There are residential gym, lounges, cinema room, dining room, conference rooms in the two buildings managed by sailmakers. The staff here is extremely friendly and responsive.
Underground parking space (paid separately), including bike storage (free).
In the windy days, sometimes you could hear the wind howling, which isn’t great.

Situated right next to the South Quay DLR station. 10 minutes walk from Jubilee mall and Canary Wharf proper.
Traffic noise is minimal but sometimes you can hear it (DLR, and some speeding cars).
Depending on the neighbours, there could be noises (anti-social behaviours) since the area is extremely built-up.

We lived in this building before and the facilities and design are very good. We have been here 8 weeks and so far we have seen a good respond from the management every time there is an issue. Hopefully everybody keeps the good work we have been experiencing so far.

Great community living
The building management is really nice and helpful. In particular Emilia, who takes care of the tenants and makes us feel like we live in a community. All the members are always ready to help with any issues or queries.
The amenity spaces are great.
Unfortunately the noise insulation is not that good and we can hear the neighbors above us. However when management was made aware of noise neighbors they acted to resolve our issues.

The whole development is Iconic
The development is fantastic and the interior design is State Of Art. The location of the development is in a prestigious majestic Docklands.
Comparatively the whole area is just like Manhattan New York an area which is fast growing in skyscrapers. It’s stunning place to live.

Very convenient shops (malls), grocery stores (Waitrose, Tesco, Coop) and restaurants nearby. Neighbours are well-educated, transports convenient (DLR, Jubliee, Elizabeth line), and safe area. It has beautiful views of the Quay and most importantly is pet-friendly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The checkout process would have someone else to check the property’s situation. While I heard some people have been over-charged though they have hired professional cleaning service. I would recommend that the building provide an official cleaning service that fits their standards and we could directly pay for that.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, maintenance are good, receptions are nice as well.
Great staff
The staff makes the building special. Have lived here for over a year now. Big thanks to Kam who helped with all aspects of the move, Darian, who has organised great events through the year, and Emilia, who’s been warm and friendly at the concierge. Happy with the development.

Convenient Location
Parcel room is not so convenient as it is outside and away from the building, an issue when it rains. Sometimes there is no notification when the parcel has arrived. Wifi is sometimes weak in signal. But the kitchen (dining room) facility is good.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
I like the Vietnamese and Korean restaurants nearby. Good to be near Tian Tian Chinese supermarkets too.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It does have wifi quality signal issue sometimes. Wifi is important, hence I would suggest the building management and landlord to look into it. The layout with radiator everywhere makes putting furnitures especially bookshelves or storage cabinet a bit headache.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management responds reasonably quickly if in writing but need to remind if verbal request was made.

Another valuable piece of information I wish I had known before moving in is the noise levels within the building and the immediate vicinity. While a viewing may not always reveal the full scope of noise-related issues, understanding the typical noise patterns and potential disturbances in the area can be crucial. This includes knowing if there are any construction projects or noisy establishments nearby, as well as getting insights from existing residents about any noise-related challenges they’ve experienced.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded promptly and effectively to any problems or issues I have raised.
Modern and spacious living in South Quay
No issues with the any of them. It’s probably the nicest and most spacious building I’ve seen in South Quay. 1-3 bed flats available and they’re all quiet, modern and clean. There is a gym on 34th floor with fantastic views and high-spec business lounge
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Building, facilities, reception/security staff and maintenance team are great. Emilia Dejka-Lopes is a star. She showed us around and helped us with finding a flat very quickly. PROs: Location is superb. It’s very close to South Quay DLR station and 10 min walking distance to Canary Wharf. Great gym, yoga studio, etc but unfortunately no swimming pool. There are 3 Tesco express, 1 Co-op and a big ASDA nearby and most of them are open till late everyday CONs: Some tenants are smoking weed so especially summer time the smell is unbearable. There are two active construction sites around and one inactive & unsightly site. Parking is a big problem. Street parking is free in the evenings and at the weekends and you can find one if you’re lucky. You can rent underground parking for an additional charge. Renting a flat here is not cheap and additional parking fee isn’t realist in my opinion.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Emilia Dejka-Lopes explained everything clearly when we viewed a sample property. So, we didn’t get any surprises when we moved in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had minor issues in my flat and all have been resolved very quickly
