Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The maintenance team is very responsive. Every time I reported an issue, they responded very quickly and came to my flat to fix the problem. I will give my big appreciation to Orlando, he helped me fix a lot of issues from lighting to sink. He is a very good member of the maintenance team.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team is great, especially Orlando is very professional and friendly. He tried his best to fix the issues for me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would like to check All appliances and facilities are working. They look very good from the exterior, but when I moved in and started to use such facilities, I realised some of them are not working.

One of the main advantages of living in this area is the convenience. There is a Tesco nearby, as well as several Chinese supermarkets, which makes grocery shopping very easy. The property is also close to Canary Wharf, where you’ll find a wide range of restaurants, cafés, shops, and other amenities. As for the downsides, the area can feel quite busy during peak hours due to its proximity to Canary Wharf, but overall it is a very convenient and well connected place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond Very quickly and professionally. As

An estimation of all the utility bills and other bills.

Canary Wharf is clean and tidy with excellent shopping and restaurants. Public transport easily accessible across London. An amazing place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes as above and dealt with the problem professionally and efficiently. I have had a few issues and not had any problem sorting them out and this has been acted on quickly .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have been happy with the apartment and facilities. I would say though the biggest let down is the gym. Not much equipment for leg day!

Apartment property is well connected with many tubes you can take including night tubes which are convenient. Heaps of grocery store options including a shopping mall where you can get everything within 10 mins!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have a good system in place to raise issues and their team comes quite quickly to resolve the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly great location, high quality apartments with management that knows how to look after you.

Modern design nice amenities and friendly building management

Tesco, co op, Asda, Waitrose, tian tian plus Canary Wharf shopping centres. Lots of transport links: jubilee, Elizabeth and DLR. Lots of bars and restaurants. Private parking in building available and bike storage. Bins collected regularly. Apartment pretty much soundproof when windows closed

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly, Promptly and to a high standard. Maintenance staff also very friendly and personable
