Canary wharf is an amazing area to live in. Loads of bars and resturants, also all the shopping and nightlife you could want. It should also be mentioned it's super safe and clean.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes I had an issue with the door and they fixed it the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had a pretty good idea as I've stayed in the area and seen the place a lot.

Yes they have . They are very swift and attentive to dertails

Great location and modern building, with a few small issues

The area is excellent and located in a peaceful zone while still being extremely well-connected. It’s close to all major transport lines such as the Elizabeth line, Jubilee line, Overground, and DLR. There are plenty of shops around, as well as parks and nice walking areas, making it a very convenient and enjoyable place to live. The only downside is the noise from the DLR, which can be quite loud at times. Other than that, everything is great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management generally responds in a timely manner, but some minor issues like cleaning in the gym take a bit longer to be addressed. Overall, they do listen and try to resolve problems when raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Depending on which direction your apartment windows face, you might hear noticeable noise from the DLR, which would have been good to know in advance. To be fair, I signed the lease remotely and only saw photos on the landlord’s website. It also would have been helpful to receive instructions for the domestic appliances, such as the air conditioning and heating systems. They’re not overly complicated, but I had to figure them out through trial and error.

Regarding the DLR noise and appliance instructions — those are valuable points. Great place to live in Canary Wharf

Canary Wharf is a great area to live in. It gives a modern feeling with all the buildings, restaurants, and activities going on. It is well connected with the Jubilee, Elizabeth, and DLR lines.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I raised a couple of maintenace requests after moving in. And the team has been really responsive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The network reception is really bad in this area. But that's not a fault of this property. I have bad reception in many areas in Canary Wharf.

Lots of shops around, many supermarkets, restaurants with different cuisines. The views are incredible and there’s lots of green around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They try to always find a solution and be as available as possible. Overall there’s no many issues around the development however there should be something done for the parcel room which is not very efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I knew about the parcel room, that could be a deal breaker for some people.
