Excellent place to live

Saru G (Tenant)

The development is super comfortable. The furniture is really nice and sleak looking. I really enjoy the common areas and love having friends over to host things. We have an apartment with a balcony that is huge, great for summer. I do wish there was some more natural sunlight though.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is super nice. It's 10 mins from brick lane and 15 from spitalfields market so there's always tons to do over the weekend. It's also super close to bars, grocery stores and a massive park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everyone is very prompt and super helpful. Things get resolved quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew what kind of pots and pans to bring in because not all of them work with the stove.

An amazing super comfy stay in London

Nick (Tenant)

Jul 2024

The rooms are amazing. Clean common places and many of these. Amazing rooftop with a super cool view. Maybe the rooms might offer TV, though. Also, I arranged to get rid of some items I bought before leaving, but maybe it could be an idea to organize a buy-and-sell platform for residents to sell items and make the process easy for people that leave. All the residents in Dressage Court are very nice, clean people, and I am confident there would be very small issues if ever, but I would rather expect to only have positives instead.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very safe and quiet area, close to a supermarket, a park for sports like tennis and basketball. Very close to the tube.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely, the staff was amazing. Particularly in the dressage court, Miss Sophie, Rebecca, Laura, and Michelle were super helpful and joyful in providing support.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not really; everything was nice from the start, so I do not have much to say.

Design is great, quite hotel-like new-build . Co-working space is great, all v spacious and rooftop is amazing. Management seems to be great, the team is lovely and friendly. The gym is cool but I haven't had my induction yet so can't use it. I've had a good experience with management so far

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There's a local small and big Sainburys which is great. There is a bar v close which does pizzas and nice vibe. There's loads of art galleries on the street, good for me. transport is great, v convenient overground and central line tube within 6 mins. Tennis courts and two small parts closeby and Victoria park 5 mins cycle. It's not possible to get a permit so I'm going to have to sell my car which is annoying as I used it for work. The noise is quite loud with trains but I wear earplugs at night and doesn't bother me much.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quickly and nicely, answering any questions I have had

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be good if parking permits were possible for residents

Overall, 54 Dressage Court stands as a premier residence in Bethnal Green, offering a superb living environment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Bethnal Green offers both advantages and drawbacks. On the positive side, the area boasts excellent connectivity with multiple tube lines, facilitating easy commuting and exploration of the city. However, the proximity to train tracks can be a downside, leading to noise disturbances and occasional disruptions. Despite this, Bethnal Green's vibrant community, diverse cultural scene, and array of amenities contribute to its appeal as a lively and dynamic place to reside. Overall, while the train tracks may pose challenges, the area's connectivity and character make it a desirable location for many.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and efficiently, addressing concerns swiftly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the active Facebook group among residents, where people often sell items. It would have been helpful to get some needed items from neighbors before moving in.

Have loved living at Dressage Court. Modern, clean and spacious with amazing amenities. Chosen also for its pet friendly aspect, with many dogs and other animals welcome. The property staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend renting with Essential living.
