Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have recently moved in but the location and transport links are so far great. The building is next to a train station which can be a bit noisy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management have been very accommodating and quick to respond to any issues I have had. They are always friendly and helpful. Reshi, Kira, Juan and Bex have been great.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The noise of the train station can be loud with windows closed. But this is something you would get used to.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Shops: more than enough to buy whatever you need. Plus the ‘honesty store’ in the building helps for anything we forget! Transport: very good, with tube, overground, and bus all a short walk. Noise: you can hear trains and cars from the property when windows are open, but the glazing is very good and keeps out most noise when closed
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team couldn’t be more helpful: Reshi, Bex, and Kira were a huge help when we moved in and continue to help us daily, in a friendly and professional way. They really help make Dressage feel like home.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I have found the property to be warm, which may mean that the summer is a struggle! But that’s to be expected in a well insulated modern new build property. I think some property’s do have a cooling system but I don’t think ours does as we’re not facing the railway line (where having the windows open is harder due to noise)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great and culturally vibrant neighborhood. Centrally located. Surrounded by lots of great amenities (comedy venue, parks, bars, cafes, restaurants, musuem and cultural center).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very promptly. I needed assistance with a few items and they responded immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing I would say is that it was quite warm in the apartments but broadly speaking it is nice.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area has quite a lot of bars and restaurants a short walk away from the complex, and as it's not on a main road, the property is nice and quiet. Plenty of paid parking spots are also available if needed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I asked to remove an item and immediately received an email back with their availability to remove it. It was a very reasonable time frame, and I was happy with the response.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known the loading bay had a max height of 2.5m for vehicles.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Transport links are wonderful but the area itself is quite variable—the nearby park and local streets don’t feel particularly safe at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It took me five days to get a new fridge which I found pretty unacceptable
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It does get frustrating feeling like I am paying so much money for amenities I can’t use because dogs aren’t allowed in any of the common spaces
