Close to a sainsbury for last minute groceries, a nice bar for a drink and a comedy club for a laugh

We had a clogged drain and they fixed it promptly!

I wish I knew about the loud trains that sometimes pass through

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Dressage court is a delight. The staff are very helpful, there is a lot of amazing places close by (esp. Three Colts Tavern, The Sun Tavern and Satan's Whiskers). You are in the middle of East London with very good connectivity throughout the week and weekend whereas in west you rely heavily on buses in most areas come the weekend. The flats are beautifully designed, warm in the winter and breezy in the summer.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Sorry i think i more or less covered this above but rapid when there was anything wrong and so rarely is given teams are so good at maintaining the building.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Very minor but a little dark in the day without lighting. Everything else was shared ahead of time, for example it seems like you guys read these and try to at least assure we are aware as they did say the ventilation for cooking wasn't the best and you might have to open a window if cooking on the hob. that being said they are easy sacrifices as you have the rooftop for light and the shared kitchen for any intense cooking :)

The area is amazing. Quiet and I have everything I need no further than 3 blocks away. Both underground and overground are walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. Always very fast and the resident staff give proper follow up.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I have not had a bad experience so far. Even neighbors are cool.

Good: - Very good connections to everywhere in london while having the underground central line station, the overground and buses. - Variety of options for supermarkets, restaurants and bar - Amazing building and great staff. Bad - I would only say that during nights its too dark, i think the area should have more illuminations but that is not related to the building. - I would point out the overground noise but only when the windows are opened (again, not the buildings fault)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I am pleased to mentioned they solve my issues as fast as possible. Special mention to Chris and Sasha for being great at all times.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing. The first time I came to the building Lauren was in charged of showing me the rooms and facilities. I got all my questions answered and did not find any unpleasant surprises when I moved in

Excellent location, Dressage Court is close to Victoria park, Shoreditch, the city and numerous transport links.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance team have been great to deal with.

The trains took some getting used to, but after a few months we don’t see it as an issue.
