Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s really nice that surrounding to me looks save and peace. It’s also really convenient to approach DLR and Lidl.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I appreciated that as soon as I raised the questions, they come within hours and helps with the issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d like to know how to turn on all of the utilities in the flat more earlier.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent connections to go virtually anywhere in London. Even during tube strikes or other travel disruptions there is always a relatively easy way to get to where I need to go. Great range of shops in the local area and several nice park within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response times for issues are always quick, and maintenance requests with the units are taken very seriously. With changes in staff there has been some confusion about access authorisations for family members and our cleaner, but this was resolved after a few reminders.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you are a very light and early sleeper you may need earplugs to sleep on some Fridays and Saturdays in the east-facing units due to the Glue Factory being quite close to some bedroom windows. Higher floors of the building get very hot in summer unless the comfort cooling units are used, which can quickly add to your quarterly utility bill. The rooftop will be your friend groups’ favourite summer destination for a barbecue!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Range of grocery stores and pubs is fabulous- not far from Victoria Park/ London Fields for an open space. Both tube stations a short walk away. Traffic noise from the overground train is loud with windows open but triple glazing when they are shut means you can’t hear any street noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Speedy service! We had a few queries when we first moved in and they were dealt with quickly. Very easy to raise concerns and get things sorted when needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known just how dusty the apartment can get. We’re still unsure whether it’s due to the nearby railway tracks or something else, but our floors are constantly covered in debris and dust- hoping in the coming Winter months we will see an improvement with our windows/doors being closed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of this apartment is excellent. Within 3–5 minutes’ walk can find Tesco and Chinese supermarkets, and the DLR station is also very close which making transport very convenient. The sound insulation is much better compared to nearby apartments.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been very responsive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wasn’t aware that the rubbish needs to be taken down to the basement level, but it’s not really a big issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent – right by Aldgate East station, just across the street. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby, making daily life very convenient. Transport links are outstanding with easy access to multiple tube lines and bus routes. The street itself is safe and generally quiet, with regular bin collections and no major issues with traffic or anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been very responsive and helpful. Any issues I raised were addressed quickly and professionally, with clear communication throughout. Special thanks to Daisy, who has been patient and efficient in resolving everything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

TBH, there isn’t anything I wish I had known before moving in. The experience has been very smooth, and everything was as expected from the start.
