I absolutely love living in Fizzy Poplar; everything is perfect. However, sometimes there are car windows smashed on the side of the road.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Personally, my main priorities for convenience are having a supermarket, a gym, and a Tube station nearby. All of these are just a 1–3 minute walk away, so I’m genuinely more than satisfied with the location in Bromley-by-Bow. As the property is located near a main highway and a tube station, some traffic and train noise may be heard when the windows are open. However, with the windows closed, the sound insulation is effective and outside noise is well controlled.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building and property management team respond very promptly to any issues or concerns. I have made two minor maintenance requests, including a toilet seat that had started slamming shut and a door handle that had become loose. In both cases, the issues were resolved within the same week. I must shout out to Darek who handle the maintenance issues very smoothly and promptly. The system for submitting maintenance requests is straightforward, and the follow-up service to complete the repairs is excellent.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
-I was very impressed by the rooftop on the 27th floor when I first viewed the property—it is absolutely stunning. During Valentine’s week, a couple who are close friends of mine visited London and stayed with us. On Valentine’s Day, we planned for the boyfriend to propose to his partner on the 27th-floor rooftop, which he did. The view provided a beautiful setting for photos, and it made the moment incredibly special. That floor of the building will always hold a memorable place in their story. -I was not initially aware that the highway was located very close to the property, and traffic noise can be quite noticeable when the windows are open. However, once the windows are closed, the noise is well controlled and does not cause any disturbance.

Dear Vishma, Thank you very much for taking the time to share such an amazing review. We are delighted to hear that Riverstone Heights has been your favourite home among the places you have lived in London. It’s wonderful to know that the apartment design, particularly the kitchen layout and overall use of space, works so well for you and your partner. Creating comfortable and well-designed homes for our residents is something we take great pride in. We also really appreciate your comments about the location and the nearby amenities. Having convenient access to the Tube, supermarkets and a gym is certainly one of the great advantages of the area, and we’re glad it has made daily life easier for you. Your story about the proposal on the 27th floor rooftop was truly lovely to read. We’re so pleased that the rooftop could provide such a special setting and become part of such a memorable moment for your friends. Thank you as well for highlighting your experience with our maintenance process. We always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible, so it’s great to hear that your requests were handled promptly. I also personally appreciate the kind mention. Finally, your feedback about the team means a lot to us. Darek, Helga and Amro will be very happy to hear that their service and welcoming approach made such a positive impression from the very beginning. Thank you again for your kind words and for being such a valued resident of Riverstone Heights. Kind regards, Simona Walker Assistant building manager

great place to live, fair for the price, close to transport but fair enough to be livable shame about the anti social behaviour

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
the walk to the dlr is short but for any other main tube lines there is a slight walk to canary wharf or mile end. bus access is great. not a massive cafe/ pub scene but very community based with a great park out front and excellent local hub

Elizabeth line is great, a lot of new shops are opening up in the area. Third Space has a gym nearby
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always give just empty promises, they always write it if they care about you, but there are 0 results to show for it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I thought that a company owned by Canary Wharf Group would take more accountability.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location is good - less than a 2 min walk to the tube station and Tesco. Also easy access to lovely walks along the canals. The only thing I would say the area is missing are social environment such as restaurants, coffee shops or pubs. There is very little in the area at a walking distance - everything is 30 mins + or need to get the tube.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always super quick and helpful although never really had any issues with the flat
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing to say on this one - all information was provided during the viewing

Thank you so Laurence much for your kind review. We’re really pleased to hear that you’ve had such a positive experience living in the building and that our team has made you feel welcome. It’s great to know that you enjoy the social events, the facilities, and the design of the flats. We always aim to create a comfortable and friendly environment for our residents, so your feedback means a lot to us. We also appreciate your comments about the local area. The nearby transport links and canal walks are definitely highlights, and we hope to see even more cafés, restaurants, and social spots develop in the area over time. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and for recommending us. Kind regards, Simona
