There are always some issues with security door/lift/cleaning/water shortages and issues. In lot of the cases the resolution takes months to happen. There has been break in as well sometimes

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded in a delayed manner. It takes a lot of time to get to the resolution

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I would have known the lifts sometimes stops working or security doors are not repaired , I would have thought twice.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is one of the most air polluted and noise polluted area in London. It is however a great location near all attractions of London.

That there would not be a nice garden with allotments in the back garden like they promised.

What is the best feature of your home:

Back facing balcony where it's wonderful to spend time in the summer.

Interesting development nice engenering cozy space close to everything around walking distance to a lot of places

They are quick tbh as it’s Part of building service

Area and how busy it can get and closure of roads in event days

wide ranges of Supermarkets from Adli to Waitrose. excellent location 2 min walk right opposite to a bus stop to Central London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the parking lot gate broken amd the team fixed immediately.

would like to know there are 2 blocks with different names but share the same room number. the parcel will be sent to wrong door .

While there are a few minor inconveniences such as traffic noise, the limited availability of nearby shops, restaurants, and bars, and the absence of on-site parking, the overall experience remains very pleasant. What truly stands out is the exceptional hospitality that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere—thanks to the friendly neighbours, dedicated cleaning staff, and the ever-helpful concierge. Their efforts bring a real sense of community and positivity. Additionally, the bin collection service is consistently reliable and efficient.

No delay whatsoever and staff as Emelie, Stefan & Zainab goes beyond the extra mile to keep tenants happy!

The walkthrough was done by Maria before we moved in and the sales experience by Olivia, Kyle and Dilan is excellent.
