Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area il be honest on first impressions isn't the prettiest however I was pleasantly surprised as after you get to know the area in a short walk you have some amazing parks, loads of shops and restaurants and having a direct link to London in under 13 minutes means you never too far away from the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every time I have had a issue I've raised this on the app they have and the next day normally I am contacted to book a date to get it repaired/actioned.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is a nightmare, lucky for me I don't drive but when having friends/family visit there is only disabled parking onsite so something to be aware of.

I've been staying at Palm House for two months now, and it's been an incredible experience. The sense of community here is amazing, and it's quickly become a place that feels like home. The living spaces are well-maintained, modern, and offer everything you need for both work and relaxation.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I'm really impressed with how efficiently the landlord addresses all queries. Every concern I've raised has been handled promptly and with great attention to detail. It’s so reassuring to know that any issues are taken seriously and resolved in a timely manner. The level of responsiveness and care makes living here an absolute pleasure!

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how attentive and proactive Folk Palm house team would be - specifically "Lily and Chante". It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly. Their commitment to resident satisfaction has been a pleasant surprise and really elevates the entire living experience.

The people are amazing. I love living here. The transport links are great, there is a fantastic vibe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team are always fantastic at responding with issues. They have their own dedicated app as well!

Fantastic location, easy to get to places! And the people are fantastic.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Harrow is a very convenient location. It has many shops nearby like Asda and Tesco. The train station is very close by to!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always helpful with maintenance issues. The team is always quick with responding to problems.

Nothing negative! A recommendation would be go get involved in social events!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has good range of supermarkets, restaurants and other shops. The shopping centre is close to the area too as well as the train station making it accessible place to stay. The traffic noise is quite low, it’s a family oriented and young working people oriented place to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any major issues or issues in general but they are quite quick to solve issues and get back to you on the problem.

The area itself is very peaceful and quite as well as less crowded with a bit more greenery around, unlike the city.
