Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area il be honest on first impressions isn't the prettiest however I was pleasantly surprised as after you get to know the area in a short walk you have some amazing parks, loads of shops and restaurants and having a direct link to London in under 13 minutes means you never too far away from the city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every time I have had a issue I've raised this on the app they have and the next day normally I am contacted to book a date to get it repaired/actioned.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is a nightmare, lucky for me I don't drive but when having friends/family visit there is only disabled parking onsite so something to be aware of.

Fantastic stay in the best co-living in London and may be the whole country where the residents are the best you can find

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good - a vibrant high street with a small Asda branch. Going towards Harrow-on-the-Hill, there is the large Tesco and in HOTH, there are multiple supermarkets (including M&S), shopping centre and restaurants. Additionally, the transport links are great (surprisingly being away from the centre). There is the overground, the Bakerloo line and also the mainline train line with also a fast train to Euston. Also there is a park nearby. The bad - not as green as other areas, some areas could look better (although there is more regeneration ongoing to improve this)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issue within the studio I stayed in. There is an app to highlight any issues. Within the building there was the usual issues with so many individuals using shared facilities.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
For anyone new, make the effort to join in if you want. Everyone is welcoming.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Palm House is only a few minutes walk (mostly downhill) from Harrow and Wealdstone station. It is actually possible to avoid even that hill once you learn the easy route! There's a good Asda and a nice new (couple of months old) Greggs. Apart from that, there are a range of restaurants and a fairly busy high street. There's a Boots on it, which does prescriptions within a couple of days.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team has been very helpful. Both the maintenance person (AJ) and other members of the team have stepped out to sort out minor issues when they occur.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
When I moved in, there was no option to buy bedding and kitchen equipment as they were out of stock. So it's wise to bring your own. They do have the options advertised now, but for many people you will be able to get what you want for less and get it delivered eg from Argos, John Lewis etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good Aspects: The area has a good range of local shops and restaurants, with everything you need close by. It may not have the widest selection, but it’s convenient and practical. There are essential stores, general services and takeway places/ restaurants nearby. Transport links are excellent, with fast trains getting you into central London in just over 10 minutes. The tube and overground stations are practically on the doorstep. Bad Aspects: Shopping options might not be extensive but Harrow on the Hill, just few bus stops away, has plenty more choices. Being further away from central London means travel options are scarcer or take more time. But generally speaking, with fast trains and figuring out the options, it's just an adjustment most cases.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues I've had, have been easy to report and dealt promptly. There has been some building wide issues but I believe they are handled.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was lucky to know couple of people who had moved in. I had wrote off the place as I thought it was too far away from central London. Rave reviews for the place from my acquaintances, made me come and take a look. Glad I did!
