I enjoy living in Wembley and having a lively local area around me. There is a good choice of places to shop, eat and spend time, and the location makes day-to-day life convenient. Overall, it is a positive part of living at Dandi Wembley.

I appreciate having an approachable building management team who are easy to speak to about questions or concerns. Their friendly attitude helps make living here a positive experience.

My tip for a new neighbour would be to get to know the team early and ask about the building's facilities and services. Taking a little time to explore what is available is a great way to settle in and feel at home.

Great location, friendly staffs. Especially Mohammed :) Would highly recommend to future tenants to move in.

Well designed app. If I put an inquiry, you will get the service on the next day. Very fast.

The entrance is quite hidden, so just follow instructions of the agent for your first visit 😂

Living in this local area is highly convenient due to the excellent range of local shops, diverse restaurants, and accessible public transport links. The streets are generally quiet, though traffic noise increases slightly during peak commuter hours. Bin collections are reliable, and parking availability is decent for residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is usually polite, but their response to maintenance issues is often slow, frequently requiring multiple follow-ups before a problem is fully resolved.

I wish I had known about the mobile phone signal blackspots in certain parts of the building, as well as how busy the communal areas and traffic get during peak commuting hours.

area is convenient, with a good range of local shops, restaurants and cafés nearby. London Designer Outlet offers plenty of options for shopping and eating out. Public transport links are good, making it easy to travel to central London and other areas. However, the area can get quite crowded, especially on weekends and during events. Traffic can sometimes be busy, and finding parking may be difficult. Overall, the neighbourhood is lively and well connected, with most daily necessities easily accessible.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been helpful and responsive whenever issues have been raised. The reception team, especially Nish Singh Kanyal, has been welcoming, professional and supportive.

I wish I had known how busy the area around London Designer Outlet can get, especially on weekends and during events. It’s convenient to have shops and restaurants nearby, but the crowds can sometimes be overwhelming. Overall, it’s a good place to live with excellent transport links.
