The area is great and convenient. The Wembley Park underground station is in 5 minutes from the building. The Wembley Park stadium and the Designer outlet is in 10 minutes with a wide range of restaurants and shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually it took about a week to resolve an issue but other tenants complained that it could take longer.

I wish I knew about the rent increase after 1 year of renting the apartment.

Great cafes, walking areas, Medical Centre, 1 dentists, green areas nearby, Padel tennis courts, Sports and Swimming/Sauna facilities nearby. Convenient to Central Ldn with the met line.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they always do respond and address them on time

Could negotiate a better rate depending on the month/time of year that you move-in. It's quite variable

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are many great local shops. The stadiums are fantastic, and the box park is amazing. There are also plenty of pubs and restaurants near my apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Minor issues that don’t require specialists are handled surprisingly well by the management.

Airbnb guests constantly try to get into your apartment, even in the middle of the night.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Super close to Costco, Wembley Stadium, OVO, London Designer Outlet. Literally 2mins away from the tube station, Convenient with Metropolitan line and Jubilee that runs all night during weekends. Close to a school so alarm rings every 7:55 and loud noises when sports fans arrive and leave Wembley Station, otherwise pretty good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Emails about extension were not responded even after 4 months. The app for activities held within Vonder was broken and the team made no effort to help me.

No aircon no bin chutes on each floor, not the most convenient

Great variety of local shops, restaurants and facilities nearby, as well as open spaces, transport links are excellent! Living on Olympic Way has been an awsoem experience, the only slight downside is the aftermath of event days, but within 2 hours it's like nothing happened.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Effectively and efficiently, we've had little hassle getting the needed work done.

Coming from a hot country, I assumed aircon would be standard in a climate controlled building, but only heating is present. In summer this presents a challenge, so I had to purchase a portable aircon for my bedroom.
