The buses aren’t great around here not often and often cancelled, town isn’t too far of a walk but not great for rain.

Please review your development:

All very good just wish i didn’t have to apply everytime I wanted to plant something in the garden. The house seems pricey with everything going up but when you look at what you have its well worth it we love it here and there’s loads of local wildlife

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No swiftbrick installed this would mean a great deal to me and of course the swifts who are in need of a helping hand

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes immediately we had a leak from the boiler flu rain water coming inland it was resolved quickly.

Loved every second in my new home. Plenty of shops nearby and places to walk my dog. Very quiet street with friendly neighbours and a lovely view of the Pennines. Unfortunately the public transport has been little to none in the area for a number of years but hoping that changes with the new development coming to the area.

Please review your development:

I live in the 2 bedroom irwell property, I love the open plan layout downstairs and all of the appliances being built in and hidden away. Lovely view of the back garden through the large French doors. The property management is so easy through the simple life app, the communication and customer service is excellent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That although the rent may appear high for the area, it is more than worth it for the property and how cost efficient it is.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The admin team have been excellent. I noticed a leak coming through the living room ceiling. However, the contractor/plumber hasn’t been in contact and tends to just arrive unannounced.

The area doesn’t have the best local shops
At walking distance but it’s a quiet area and I like that

Please review your development:

Currently still a work in progress but it really brings the rest of the area alive! It used to look like the classic council estate around here but with the Simple Life new builds, it adds something special to the area. I absolutely love the summer events that get planned, I think it’s super special and makes you feel apart of a community

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything’s been pretty sweet but if I was to say anything it would be when I first moved in, I couldn’t get Internet for a good while as it was a brand new estate

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had one problem with maintenance but seems to be getting sorted now

There is a good range of small local shops near the house. We are also 5 mins away from the town centre with access to large stores and travel links.

Please review your development:

The development is well built and beautifully aesthetic. There is a good sense of community and togetherness. The gardens and homes are quite large for new builds. Property management and facilities and top notch! Any issues or query we have they sort asap!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we knew the process of how to get the bins.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quickly and efficiently to all queries
