Shops and stuff are close and there’s a Pub near the development which is great parking is great apart from people parking in front of house

The dirt patch next to the park what is it supposed to be

The view is wonderful the house is placed in an ideal space

It’s ok Overall the shops are not far and there is a pub very near Only rubbish thing is the empty dirt patch next to The park

I wish I knew about the park being left to be a dirt patch

The view over the field Is very good and I love the garden

The houses are lovely built can’t complain at all there work is outstanding the shops are very close and good bus route

Nothing to bad to report, then good thing was I viewed it all

What is the best feature of your home:

Everything I love the fact it has two bathrooms one up one down

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great locations based between Bispham and Cleveleys. Loads of shops a walk or a couple minute drive away. 10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop, bus routes also nearby. Can see the local pub from the window.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues reported have been amended in 1-2 days, very good.

Garden full of debris, only realised when started to dig the garden up.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good things are the location my house is facing the field so that’s always nice to look out on No traffic noise and bin collections are also fine Little to no antisocial behaviour although you are being watched and commented on through the Facebook group at every opportunity

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have and was a wait but that is as expected

Not sure weather some people have let selves into property to fix things we have complained about when not there
