The home is beautiful, it is modern and spacious and is a perfect family home, when friends and family visit they are in awe and want to live here. The property management is fantastic, I had an issue with my boiler and this was quickly rectified within a day, there are no faults to living here, only positives! This really is a home!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is lovely apart from the large grass area in the middle! There is a giant hole in the middle with no explanation as to why which is a shame as it would be a lovely play area for the children.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew what the middle part of the development was going to be as it is still unknown!

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen is beautiful, spacious and the hub of the house due to the sky light windows lighting up the room.

Great structure, new construction, with a good standard of quality. Every security aspect is available in the property. Good quality home appliances. Well ventilated place with external lighting that facilitates and saves on gas and light bills. Easily maintained garden. A great place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location with easy access to trains and buses. Great location for shops, supermarkets and parks, close to the center. Quiet environment. The only noise is from the passing train, but it doesn't bother.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything always happens quickly. System facilitates for information and solution of all problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great company to rent a property. Very easy and fast the entire rental process. Location with easy access to several cities in the region. Good building structure.

Responsive teams on hand via email to help with queries. We have had a few things break like the front and back doors - when I leave them open they often slip down and I can’t shut my door for long periods of time which is inconvenient because I have pets that I don’t want going outside when I’m not watching them. People arrive to fix things pretty fast

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: Good transport links, close to shops, well maintained gardens, loved the free ice cream initiative. Bad: A very bright zebra crossing light shines through my bedroom. Some builders wrote things on our window & shower fittings ‘do not throw’ and I can’t get it off. Also the communal garden was dug up and left for 8 months. Now the fences are down and there’s a steep drop in the grass that’s dangerous.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded via email and usually send someone in a few days. If I say it’s important they usually arrive quicker, like when I couldn’t shut my door

Before I moved in I didn’t know I could get round the side of my house. Glad I can

Nice little family home.

Good sized family home for a new build. Fitted kitchen looks really nice with all the appliances built in. Built in wardrobes also an added extra that work well. A huge bonus was the blinds provided. Basic yet stylish and they do the job. Small things like that made the move easy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The mill hill area doesn't seem to be the best, but the new build queen Victoria place estate is a lovely family oriented area. Feels safe, no anyi-social behaviour, no issues with bin collection or with traffic noise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it would be difficult to set up things such as car insurance as it was a new build

What is the best feature of your home:

The built in appliances, built in wardrobes and blinds. These made the move in much easier.

The house we've rented is incredibly well designed and furnished. It was much better than anything else we saw on the market in this area. The interior design is modern and minimalist allowing for families to really put there own style into the house. So far we've had no problems with any of the facilities built into the house and everything has continued to impress.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The environment on the new roads is quite and peaceful, there isn't much traffic that comes up and down our roads. It's not too far away from Bolton road making it easy to get to the town centre. Overall my experience with the area has been positive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a all year fire works shop in the area, meaning fire works do go off at random times during the year when you wouldn't expect them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

None of the three of us living in the house use the bath so we'd rather have had a shower unit in the main bathroom, similar to the en-suite.
