Lovely development

The development location has its advantages and disadvantages. On the positive side, it is conveniently situated near the train station, shopping center, and grocery store. This proximity makes it easy to access various amenities and services. However, the presence of heavy traffic on the A406 road can lead to noise pollution, which may be a concern for some residents. Additionally, the street adjacent to the station is known to have a significant homeless population, which can create an atmosphere that some individuals may perceive as unsafe.

Please review your development:

Great facilities including the lounge, workspace, games room and the gym. It would have been great to have a children area within the development.

The flats have been constructed to meet high standards, featuring integrated appliances and spacious rooms. The top-floor flats offer picturesque views, and the balconies provide an excellent space for relaxation. It’s worth noting that some noise may be experienced when the windows are open.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Overall the development is wel maintained and we do love the views

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Need following up with the management to get things repaired.

A bit costly but almost worth it

The location is unbeaten. Easy access to the underground station and grocery and all other shopping needs

Please review your development:

The building management is quite responsive and helpful. The property has central air conditioning which is a big plus compared to other places. The downsides are less cabinet space, no balcony and the rent is a bit high. But the pros outweigh the cons.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The utilities are costly here because we have to pick the only available option. We can’t shop around for the best deals

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t had many issues but the team is responsive via phone or email

It’s in a prime location…very close to ilford station…amenities in the apartment are quite good and it also has a good recreation center…the reception is usually prompt in resolving queries..overall a good apartment

Please review your development:

Building management is quite decent… however, the rooms could be bigger. Regular maintenance undertaken and quite hassle free for tenants. It has easy accessibility to cineworld, exchange shopping mall, gyms supermarkets. Overall a good development

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Since the walls are predominantly glass, hence it gets quite hot in the summers, and air condition installation isn’t that smooth…would have been better if we would have assessed this before moving in

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Recently,.we had a water supply issue where the entire apartment was devoid of water for a whole day, the turnaround time in resolving this was quite poor , however, they did their best in providing a temporary alternate arrangement
