Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Vast variety of shops restaurants and bars as it’s located centrally in Milton Keynes. Most facilities only 10minute walks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes very quick and via an app that you get access to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was told that wifi was included but it’s just pre installed and you need to pay separately but that is a minor issue.

Living in Arbour

Vic (Tenant)

Verified Resident

Arbour, MK9

Apr 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Arbour offers a mix of positives and some drawbacks. The area has a solid selection of local shops, restaurants, and bars, with a good range of dining options and supermarkets nearby. Parks and open spaces like Campbell Park provide lovely green areas for relaxation. Public transport is convenient, with easy access to train stations and bus routes, though traffic congestion can be an issue during peak hours. The street where I live is generally quiet, with reasonable parking availability, though some areas can get crowded at times. The council is punctual with bin collections, and anti-social behavior is rare, making it a pleasant, safe environment overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive to any issues I've raised. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and any concerns about communal areas or facilities are addressed quickly. They’ve always been professional and proactive in resolving problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how busy the local traffic can get during peak hours, as it sometimes affects travel times. Additionally, while the amenities are great, I wasn’t fully aware of the limited visitor parking spaces, which can be a bit inconvenient when hosting guests.

Settling in at Eredine Crescent

Tania (Tenant)

Verified Resident

The Woodlands, MK5

Apr 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Eredine Crescent is peaceful and quiet, with lots of green areas and walking or cycling paths nearby. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are easily accessible. Parking is convenient, bin collections are regular, and the area feels very safe and friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had to move in urgently and didn’t have time to check everything beforehand. Since the house was a new build and had been unoccupied for some time, a few minor issues came up that required engineers to look at. Moving in over a weekend and holiday period slightly delayed fixes, but nothing was critical. Mustafa was always responsive and arranged everything as soon as possible. Overall, it was a smooth move with great support.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is that it’s a brand-new build, fully equipped with all new appliances. Everything inside is fresh, clean, and ready to move into. I also really enjoy having a lovely private garden. It makes living here very comfortable and peaceful.
