This is a wonderful apartment in a very convenient location. We have easy access to high range of quality shops, restaurants etc. Tha bus station is in 5min walking distance too.Everything is fine and amazingly easy

Very quick response to any matter and can easily contact them

The local area offers a fantastic range of shops, restaurants, and bars, all of high quality. There are plenty of open spaces, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Transport links are very convenient, with frequent bus services and a nearby train station, making commuting easy. Living on my street is a pleasure; parking is readily available, bin collections are reliable, and there is minimal traffic noise. The neighbourhood is peaceful, with no issues of anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We are very satisfied with our building managers. They are always available and responsive to our requests, making the management of the apartment very pleasant. They ensure that all repairs and maintenance are carried out quickly and efficiently. Additionally, they are very respectful and understanding, which creates a trusting relationship. Thanks to their professionalism and concern for the well-being of their tenants, living here is a very positive experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only downside is the dark color of the living room, with the overcast weather, this space becomes too dark for our taste on a daily basis. We would have preferred one wall to be painted white, as it is in the bedroom and bathroom.

excellent position in the town for shopping , eating and leisure. Parking facilities are secure and enough room for all,

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

any time i have had an issue it has been resolved very quickly and efficiently

the call out service initially wasn't to good as it was someone overseas but this has been improved on now

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We've just moved in. So far, the shops across the road are excellent with the mall being right there- everything you need! Easy walk to the train station. Biggest issue is parking for delivery drivers, so they are more likely to throw parcels in the lobby where it's less secure not deliver to door because they are jumping out of a car parked on the curb. There's a parcel locker but companies don't seem to use it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So quickly! Any issues or questions or concerns we've had were dealt with right away. Thanks especially to Jas for being so kind and patient and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we'd known the previous owner had a dog so we could have got better carpet clearing done. Glad the building is pet friendly though! Wish we'd realised delivery drivers, taxis, etc don't have a quick drop off/pick up place to park short term.

The central location is an absolute game changer. You've got the shopping center right next door, then the high street just behind it - that's all you need right there! Bin store works well, although the gate lock doesn't work very often. It's either always open, or if it's locked then it doesn't accept the code. No issues with anti-social behaviour. Traffic noise can be a little loud, but that's only during busy periods of the day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always responded very quickly, professionally, and either with an immediate answer or solution to a query, or to let you know that they have received the email, are working on it and will get back to me ASAP.

Delivery drivers sometimes have an issue finding the property - the postcode brings to the pub down the road rather than the building - so you need to be quite specific with both the address and delivery instructions. Put "Kooky" as the first line, and we mention the green bricks outside the building in the instructions to help them locate.
