Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenient access to shops/supermarkets/restaurants. A short distance to a lovely river walk by the lido, ideal for dog owners. Easy short walk to the train station with a 25 min connection into Marylebone. Living on the corner flat next to the road provided a fair bit of road noise at peak hours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were fast and efficient and dealt with any queries immediately and with great care and communication.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We actually didn’t have an in person viewing as we couldn’t physically get there but the team were great in providing what we needed for a virtual viewing

In the heart of High Wycombe, Kooky is located at a perfect spot directly outside of The Eden Centre. Anything and everything you could want is within a 10 minute walk - even quicker for those who drive!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't experienced any issues living here so far, however based on how often we are informed of maintenance work etc by our landlord, we have full confidence that any issues will be dealt with swiftly and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How tempting a walk into the Shopping Centre everyday is!

Having only recently moved in, the facilities are very convent. Local shops are within walking distance to all that you may need. Parking is very good with overground and underground parking with very good security. The bin area is adequate. The garden area is ideal but has some ongoing works due to gas installation. The property I am in is of a decent , the bedroom furiniture is a little basic but the wardrobe is if a great size especially for one person. may be a little more restricted for a couple.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, and very prompt. They have kept me updated on when the engineer would be attending.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Having only been in the property for a week I have nothing to add.

Well-Managed Modern Development in a Convenient Location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I live in a well-connected, mixed residential area that offers a good balance of convenience and community. There’s a solid range of local shops nearby, including supermarkets, convenience stores and pharmacies, with a large supermarket called Eden located close to the building, making day-to-day shopping very easy. There are also plenty of cafés, takeaways and a few good-quality restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The property is conveniently located near High Wycombe central bus station, with a wide range of frequent bus services, and is approximately a 15–20 minute walk to High Wycombe train station, providing good transport links to surrounding areas and London. The street itself is mostly quiet and friendly. The property benefits from its own allocated parking space within the building; however, parking can be competitive in the evenings and at weekends for visitors. Bin collections are regular and well organised, and there are no significant issues with anti-social behaviour or traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we first moved in, there was an issue with the bathroom door. We reported it to building management and they responded very quickly, arranging for it to be fixed the very next day. Overall, they were efficient, professional and easy to communicate with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how convenient it is to have the Eden and Sainsbury's supermarket so close to the building, it makes weekly shopping very easy.
