Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have lived here now for nearly 3 years,. The location is fantastic. Everything you could need is within a short walk away. The traffic can be loud however.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Deni and Jas are always quick to respond, and will always do whatever they can to resolve any issues you have quickly and professionally. It feels like they truly care about the tenants, and are always a delight to deal with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Main road can be quite loud, also due to it being a central location there can be quite a quick build-up of dust and general city-grime build up on the balconies and outdoor furniture.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range and quality of local shops, restaurants, bars and Open spaces as accident nearby. We have the Eden shopping centre and further up the road. There is the riot in Wickham which features a waterfall of all things. Transport links are excellent with high working station less than 10 minutes away. A short walk through the shopping centre. Living on the street isn't bad at all. It's quiet sometimes. There's a little bit of noise from local University students coming back from parties or people rambling along the street. Parking availability is good and bin collections are regular.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When there were issues raised they were dealt with promptly. Repairs have always been managed in a way which is very good for me. Timely and promptly.

I wish I was given a map of the local area of things to do and places to go.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is super central and close to everything like shops, restaurants, cafés, and transport links are all just a short walk away. Parking is easy to find, and the streets are always clean and quiet. It really feels safe and comfortable here, with no issues like noise or anti-social behaviour. Honestly, after living here, I can say it’s one of the nicest places to live in this area!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been great! They’re really friendly, quick to help, and always handle things in a positive and constructive way. Anytime I’ve had a small issue, it’s been sorted super fast and with a really nice attitude.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the team and the neighbors would be this friendly and helpful! Everyone is so kind and easy to talk to, which makes the whole place feel really welcoming and comfortable to live in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is peaceful and well-connected, with good access to shops and public transport. Neighbours are friendly, and it feels generally safe. However, parking can be difficult at times, and traffic gets busy during peak hours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Jas has been responsive and professional in addressing any maintenance requests. Communication is generally prompt, and issues are resolved efficiently. Overall, a well-managed property with good attention to resident needs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Knowing more about the building’s noise levels during certain hours would have been useful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It has been good. The area is nice. I like the location and walking distance,. It is very safe too with all the security measures. I like the area too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, They always reopens,. I would recommend maybe having someone always here in the building because I tent to accidentally leave my keys and when I realise it's already locked. The locksmith is very expensive as I am a single occupant so my income is very tight.

It really has been great. Everyone was helpful and kind. The move was great. The location is amazing too.
