This place is lovely—there’s not much more to add. It has great facilities, excellent security, and is just an incredible place to be. The only downside is the £100 parking fee, which feels quite steep. Other than that, it truly felt like heaven.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been responsive and reliable whenever issues were raised. They handled concerns promptly and communicated clearly, which made the overall experience smooth and reassuring.

Building management has generally been helpful, although getting delivery drivers—especially from Amazon—to leave parcels in the correct place can be a bit hit or miss. In terms of downsides, there isn’t much to complain about overall. The main minor issue is the lighting, particularly in the bedroom, which can feel quite dim. The living room is better and fine for reading, but overall the lighting isn’t very bright. Aside from that, the experience has been very positive.

Best place to live around High Wycombe. Easy access to town, train station and bus station. Everything you need is right on your door step.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues we’ve had, Jas has been very quick to deal with it. She’s very friendly, approachable, and checks in whenever we bump into each other in the communal area.

All my queries were answered in the viewing and move in day

-Tesco & Sainsbury's Superstore in walking distance, which is great -Right In the town centre, loads of entertainment in Eden -Gentrified area of High Wycombe

Kooky is what you pay for. Great apartment, perfect sound insulation, I couldn't have asked for me.

I lived in High Wycombe for two years and was very happy to stay at Kooky Apartments. For a single person without a car, with a focus on safety and convenient shopping, the location provided by Kooky Apartments is simply perfect for this town. Even when it rains, you can just cross the street to reach Eden Centre, and the surrounding large supermarkets make everything incredibly convenient. Second, the Kooky team is very professional. The details of their service made me feel very reassured. From the moment I moved in, the property manager Jas provided a detailed walkthrough. Their 24-hour emergency services are also very considerate, and they provide various reference documents. Their response time is short and efficient. If there was an issue, emailing Jas would get a reply right away, and she would quickly resolve all my problems—even if I locked myself out, I didn’t have to worry. The move-out process also followed a complete workflow. Third, all the facilities in the apartment are new and comfortable. Whether it’s the furnishings or the interior design, everything is modern and stylish—I dare say it’s the best apartment in High Wycombe in this regard. Oh, and to add, even though I don’t have a car, the parking lot provided by the apartment is particularly spacious, and there’s also a bicycle storage area—very well-equipped. I lived very peacefully and satisfactorily at Kooky for these two years and have already recommended this apartment to friends interested in High Wycombe.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in the heart of High Wycombe is wonderful: minutes away from a vast array of shops, restaurants, and activities. Bus station is two minutes walk, train station under 10. The street is fairly quiet, there is ample parking for anyone who needs its while living at the residence, and bin collections are timely.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, very promptly and efficiently. An issue with marks on a sofa: Jas sent over a lovely technician who made the sofa immaculate again, I was very pleased.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That street parking for non-residents (i.e visitors) is a bit tricky mon-fri, as there is parking on a meter available but it is hard to find space. But, the Eden parking facility is literally across the street, so visitors can easily find a spot there and walk on over in a few minutes.
