Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Kooky building is in a great location, right next to Eden Mall. Everything you need is close by—Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and M&S are all within walking distance. The high street is just a few minutes away and often has weekend markets and pop-up shops. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a very convenient and enjoyable place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and supportive whenever we raised any issues. For example, we had a problem with the floor heating, which was difficult to manage as we had just moved from a much warmer climate in India. After a few follow-ups, they arranged for a technician to inspect and fix the issue. The in-house technician, Chris, was also very helpful and assisted us with other maintenance needs. Overall, the management team, especially Jas and Lauretta, have been approachable and willing to help whenever possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The large glass windows in the hall add a stylish and modern look to the apartment, bringing in plenty of natural light. We did notice that they are quite transparent, which became more noticeable when renovation work started in the building across from us. While this initially raised some privacy concerns, we were glad to have blinds available, which helped us manage the situation easily. Overall, the design is elegant and thoughtfully done.

It is very convenient and useful too. Everything is within walking distance . Parking is great too .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Jas Uppal has been an absolute angel and is always so quick to clarify any matters at hand ! She is not only friendly but also very professional and thorough in what she does . She is an absolute asset to the company and I can’t thank her enough ! Chris has also been so prompt and helpful in anything we need to be done in the appartment .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great range of shops and local services within walking distance. Public transport is very good and reasonable in price and plenty of parking facilities nearby. The only negative aspect is that when our windows or terrace door is open, there is occassional vehicle noise from speed racers - but this is a city centre based apartment so it's to be expected from time to time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have always responded with pace whenever we've raised any issues. They keep us updated through email or WhatsApp even when there is a slow progress to resolution. Very impressed by the time and care taken to ensure we are valued as tenants.

The location is fantastic, conveniently close to a shopping mall and several supermarkets, making daily errands a breeze.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive, addressing our concerns in a timely and friendly manner.

Everything you need is within walking distance – small grocery stores, the high street, the train station, and the hospital. It's ideal for picking up everyday essentials.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great location with an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s also within walking distance of the local train station, which takes you into London. The only downside is that it’s situated on a main road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is very attentive and efficient with dealing with issues and problems.

Nothing comes tomorrow mind as we were well informed both before and during the viewing of the property.
