-Tesco & Sainsbury's Superstore in walking distance, which is great -Right In the town centre, loads of entertainment in Eden -Gentrified area of High Wycombe

They've responded to all of my problems and assisted greatly.

Kooky is what you pay for. Great apartment, perfect sound insulation, I couldn't have asked for me.

Great location with easy access to the high street, transport options and various shops. The building is well maintained and the units nicely furnished.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. The management and maintenance teams are excellent!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That 'fully furnished' excluded smaller items such as a TV and kitchen utensils.

I lived in High Wycombe for two years and was very happy to stay at Kooky Apartments. For a single person without a car, with a focus on safety and convenient shopping, the location provided by Kooky Apartments is simply perfect for this town. Even when it rains, you can just cross the street to reach Eden Centre, and the surrounding large supermarkets make everything incredibly convenient. Second, the Kooky team is very professional. The details of their service made me feel very reassured. From the moment I moved in, the property manager Jas provided a detailed walkthrough. Their 24-hour emergency services are also very considerate, and they provide various reference documents. Their response time is short and efficient. If there was an issue, emailing Jas would get a reply right away, and she would quickly resolve all my problems—even if I locked myself out, I didn’t have to worry. The move-out process also followed a complete workflow. Third, all the facilities in the apartment are new and comfortable. Whether it’s the furnishings or the interior design, everything is modern and stylish—I dare say it’s the best apartment in High Wycombe in this regard. Oh, and to add, even though I don’t have a car, the parking lot provided by the apartment is particularly spacious, and there’s also a bicycle storage area—very well-equipped. I lived very peacefully and satisfactorily at Kooky for these two years and have already recommended this apartment to friends interested in High Wycombe.

Jas is very professional and always responds well with great communication.I have always been impressed by her communication skills and problem solving skills.

I have been living here for the past three years, and during this time Laureta has always been supportive, professional, and approachable. Laureta is responsive and does her best to resolve any issues promptly whenever they arise. Her communication is clear and helpful, and she makes a genuine effort to keep residents informed about any updates or matters related to the building. It’s clear that she cares about maintaining a comfortable and well-managed living environment for everyone. I truly appreciate the effort Laureta puts into managing the property and assisting tenants whenever needed. Her professionalism, reliability, and friendly attitude make a big difference and contribute to a positive living experience here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and helpful whenever I have raised any issues. Laureta and the team usually address concerns promptly and keep residents informed throughout the process. I appreciate their professionalism and efforts to resolve problems efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s something you don’t always notice during a typical viewing, but living here for the past three years has shown me that the neighbours are respectful and the environment is very comfortable. The building is also well maintained and management is responsive when issues arise.

The location is excellent. It's within a few minutes walk from the train and bus stations, and many local shops such as the big Sainsburys, tesco express, barbers, pharmacy, opticians, many nearby banks etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Indeed. When we moved in there was issues with the hot water and central heating not working well. However, this was resolved within a short period so we appreciate that a lot.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you aren't paying for the car parking (I personally am not as I don't drive), it can be difficult for visitors to come see you if they need to park. They will most likely need to use the car parks by the sainsburys, or by redhill train station whilst visiting.
