Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Redhill has a good range of shops and restaurants that is constantly improving. That aligned with great travel connections to London, Brighton and major London airports makes this a great location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes efficiently and quickly with solutions and support

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing I did not know that would have been useful

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Kooky Redhill is well situated, quiet, and a very good place to live. Bin collections are frequent and timely, management responsive, and the location is very convenient. The only downsides are cost utilities and train noise if the windows are open.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance line was good. When I raised issues with the on site management they were very prompt as well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Train noise with the window open - though I’d say it’s minor.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is ideal for our needs. There are multiple grocery stores within walking distances with variety of options for local and international groceries. As well as availability of restaurants and shops. The town center is mostly quiet, however, there are some late evening/night noise disturbances after closing of local shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, Derrick and Charlie have been amazing! Our issues were immediately given attention and resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One of the items that greatly influenced our decision on renting this place was the accessibility to the pet relief area located on the property. As the Development is in heart of the town center, it would have been a challenge to find a convenient place to take our little pup for relief a few times a day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient for shops, restaurants, and the train station. Fairly noisy as it's positioned just off a busy road in the town centre and near a police station, but the double glazing is effective.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Resolved promptly without causing me any disruption.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not everything that looks like a cupboard in the kitchen is actually a cupboard. I should have checked each one to gauge space when I viewed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a good, central location in Staines very near to all of the local bars and restaurants. Transport links are good, I'd highlight the Heathrow bus that stops a 5 minute walk away and goes directly to the airport. This has made my regular airport trips a lot less stressful. Noise is minimal and parking sufficient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I raise get fixed immediately. Management occaisionally checks in to ask if anything needs doing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Space in the underground car park is limited and it takes time to get a parking spot. There is very little unpaid parking in the local area, so finding parking during the wait can be quite painful. Visitors will likely need to pay for parking in the town centre, as there are no visitor bays in the car park.

Manager response

Thank you for your kind review. We’re really pleased to hear you’re enjoying life at Kooky and that the team has been helpful and responsive. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding parking.
