Great central area to live in with close access to shops, restaurants, transport links and convenient motorway access.

Deni has always responded in a professional yet personable manner with the utmost care and provides such knowledgeable advice and resolutions. Her service is second to none.

Out of Kooky's control however, the construction site opposite our flat. Construction started post us moving in.

Staines has a great link to transport and numerous restaurants & shops surrounding. Convenient central location with everything on its doorstep

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Incredible response from Deni (property Manager). Always goes above and beyond.

That an active construction site would start within a year of moving in.

Great area and close to local amenities and transportation links. Cinema reopens soon and great local restaurants and pubs

Very responsive when things needed fixing / replacing.

Nothing. Bishops Stortford is a great market town and Kooky flats are first class.

Very close to the two thames shopping centre- has a M&S, Primark, and various food spots. Staines food court is across the road (multiple Asian restaurants present in side). Co-op available below the building as well. Plenty of parking spots inside the building, few street level parking spots too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Deni is fast in resolving issues. Very proactive property manager.

building can be hot during the summer. Not Kooky or the PM's fault, its just a design flaw.

Overall the living experience in the local area is good. However, the amount of local traffic, cars parking on pavements, and extremely loud car and motorbike engines are significant negatives.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally responses from building management have been good.

About the traffic noise and position of the apartment relative to direct sunlight.
