Modern, Comfortable Living with Excellent Management

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Staines has been a very positive experience. The property is conveniently located close to the High Street, where there is a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets, as well as a large retail park with many popular stores. You can easily find everything you need, from coffee shops and bakeries to a wide range of international restaurants including Chinese, Italian, and Korean options. Transport links are excellent — it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the train station, and there are regular bus services to the airport and surrounding areas. The neighbourhood feels very safe and well maintained, with clean streets and a pleasant atmosphere. Parking is generally manageable, and bin collections are reliable. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live with a good balance of amenities and transport access.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive and resolved any issues promptly and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how convenient and well-connected the location is. While viewings highlight the apartment itself, they don’t always capture the ease of access to the High Street, local restaurants, shops, and transport links. New neighbours should know that living here is not only comfortable but also very practical for daily errands and commuting.

Convenient, modern and quiet

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Redhill/Reigate is very convenient. We’re a short walk/bus from Redhill station with fast trains to London Bridge/Victoria and Gatwick, and the A23/M25 are close. There are two big supermarkets, plenty of cafés/takeaways and Reigate’s restaurants and bars are a few minutes away. Priory Park and Earlswood Lakes are brilliant for walks and running.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally been responsive to maintenance issues, especially urgent ones such as heating or communal repairs. Cleaning of shared areas and lift maintenance have been done regularly. Overall the team has been polite and helpful once contacted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how peaceful and convenient the area would be — it’s been a lovely surprise. The building is quiet, neighbours are respectful, and having Reigate and Redhill both nearby has been great for shops and green spaces. The flat stays warm in winter and bright during the day, making it feel very homely. Overall, it’s been a really pleasant place to live.

What's better than living at Kooky

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The range and quality of local shops, restaurants, bars and Open spaces as accident nearby. We have the Eden shopping centre and further up the road. There is the riot in Wickham which features a waterfall of all things. Transport links are excellent with high working station less than 10 minutes away. A short walk through the shopping centre. Living on the street isn't bad at all. It's quiet sometimes. There's a little bit of noise from local University students coming back from parties or people rambling along the street. Parking availability is good and bin collections are regular.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When there were issues raised they were dealt with promptly. Repairs have always been managed in a way which is very good for me. Timely and promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I was given a map of the local area of things to do and places to go.

Manager response

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is super central and close to everything like shops, restaurants, cafés, and transport links are all just a short walk away. Parking is easy to find, and the streets are always clean and quiet. It really feels safe and comfortable here, with no issues like noise or anti-social behaviour. Honestly, after living here, I can say it’s one of the nicest places to live in this area!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been great! They’re really friendly, quick to help, and always handle things in a positive and constructive way. Anytime I’ve had a small issue, it’s been sorted super fast and with a really nice attitude.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the team and the neighbors would be this friendly and helpful! Everyone is so kind and easy to talk to, which makes the whole place feel really welcoming and comfortable to live in.
