The range of local shops is excellent. Everything you could need from a shop or want to buy is close by. The range of restaurants in the local area covers a wide range of cuisine from around the world. I haven't been to any of the bars yet. And the open spaced are nice and family friendly. Living on this street is pleasant, it's modern, clean and well lit in the evening, and the design of the building seeps into the surroundings. You have to visit it to see it for yourself. Parking is good, bin collections are frequent. There isn't any anti-social behaviour. And traffic noise is at a minimum.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Friendly, prompt, immediate and comprehensive. And they follow up with you afterwards.

That Kooky was available two years ago. So I could've moved in sooner.

The building is on the perfect street, next the station which is amazing and so close to the shops. Also really obsessed with the COOP downstairs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Problems raised has been picked up and are in the middle of being solved.

That there are alarms going off in the middle of the night

The local area offers a fantastic range of shops, restaurants, and bars, all of high quality. There are plenty of open spaces, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Transport links are very convenient, with frequent bus services and a nearby train station, making commuting easy. Living on my street is a pleasure; parking is readily available, bin collections are reliable, and there is minimal traffic noise. The neighbourhood is peaceful, with no issues of anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We are very satisfied with our building managers. They are always available and responsive to our requests, making the management of the apartment very pleasant. They ensure that all repairs and maintenance are carried out quickly and efficiently. Additionally, they are very respectful and understanding, which creates a trusting relationship. Thanks to their professionalism and concern for the well-being of their tenants, living here is a very positive experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only downside is the dark color of the living room, with the overcast weather, this space becomes too dark for our taste on a daily basis. We would have preferred one wall to be painted white, as it is in the bedroom and bathroom.

Everything, including the train station, bus stop and high street is super close! There are many local shops, bars and restaurants only a walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Since I have not raised any issues, I am not aware.

I would've appreciated knowing how few kitchen appliances were going to be provided.

The location of the property and onsite customer manager are really nice while there are lots of insects/flys/spiders when I open the window which is really annoying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They react quickly and are very responsible. I am satisfied with the team.

There are more and more Asian people here, so there are Asian supermarket here.
