Very near to the town. Well secured. near to all amenities. Parking available. Very secured and access controlled to all areas within the palce.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very responsive. All issues raised are attended withing no time.

There was a miscommunication between the agent and kooky staff.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The flat is conveniently located near High Street, with excellent Japanese restaurants nearby, plus Nando's, Wagamama and Zizzi just a stone's throw away. These are all eateries we particularly enjoy. Parking spaces are readily available. Since the new keypad lock was installed, refuse collection has been remarkably convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They response quickly during week days. You need to call emergency service when they are off duty.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Location is good but it is a bit traffic jam when you rush driving to work.

Everything from gyms to walking grounds to shops and restaurants and train station are within a few minutes walk. Movie theatre across the road is also a great to have

They have, but only after multiple emails and calls to the alert phone.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Gym is ok for a small apartment gym, enough variety.

There’s a Tesco express that’s so close to the apartment which is convenient. A massive Sainsbury’s is also walking distance which has a home section and a clothing section, inside there’s an Argos.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
For repairs, they send someone in maintenance and he is nice
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We had a storage room which is useful and only found out when we moved in.

Kooky Redhill is perfectly located for us in the centre. It is within walking distance of the train station, and nearby local shops. Parking for residents can be a bit of a nightmare If you haven’t got one of the spaces within the basement car park.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues are attended to promptly, if we raise any issues by email they are responded to.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had looked into parking a little better, as I find I often have to park a distance from home.
