Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has a good range of local shops for everyday essentials, including small supermarkets, cafés and takeaway options, which makes day-to-day living convenient. There are also a few nice restaurants and casual bars within walking distance, so you don’t need to travel far for a meal out. Green spaces are accessible nearby, which is great for walks and getting some fresh air. Nearby train station provides easy access to the city centre. Living on the street itself is fairly quiet. We have not seen anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s a convenient and reasonably pleasant place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded promptly and professionally to any problems or issues I have raised. Communication is clear, and they acknowledge requests quickly. Maintenance matters are handled efficiently, and I’ve found them to be helpful and approachable throughout. Overall, the response time and level of service have been consistently reliable.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
No concerns or issues before moving in. Everything about the property, its facilities, and the surrounding area met my expectations, and there’s nothing further I wish I had known in advance. My experience has been straightforward and positive from the start.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Kooky is a very convenient central location in High Wycombe, next to the Eden Centre, and a short walk to the main train station and numerous local buses. There are several supermarkets and gyms nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
If we had a question or query it was dealt with speedily and to a high standard.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Direct sunlight through large windows on some days could make the flat quite hot.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Convenient access to shops/supermarkets/restaurants. A short distance to a lovely river walk by the lido, ideal for dog owners. Easy short walk to the train station with a 25 min connection into Marylebone. Living on the corner flat next to the road provided a fair bit of road noise at peak hours.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They were fast and efficient and dealt with any queries immediately and with great care and communication.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We actually didn’t have an in person viewing as we couldn’t physically get there but the team were great in providing what we needed for a virtual viewing
Manager response

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area is very convenient, with a good range of local shops, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance. There are also pleasant open spaces nearby for walks and relaxation. Transport links are excellent, with regular bus services and easy access to main routes, making commuting straightforward. Parking can be a little limited at times, but bin collections are reliable and the street generally feels safe and well maintained, with minimal noise or anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been excellent in responding to any issues raised. Derrick and Charlie are always approachable, professional, and quick to act, ensuring problems are resolved efficiently. Their support and clear communication have made living here a very positive experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing worth knowing in advance is that parking can be a bit challenging, especially at busy times. The building entrance is also marked with double yellow lines, which makes it difficult to stop briefly if you need to pick up or drop off someone. It’s manageable once you’re aware of it, but useful information for new neighbours to plan ahead.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is great, very close to the station and M25. Shops near by are very convenient but lacks in restaurant / bars near by. Parking is a very big issue for me and the fact Kooky are asking for £150 per car to park is a ridiculous, very over priced and very inconvenient for a couple with a new child. Needs to be competitive with the local area and included in the total price not separate.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very good. Again would mention that the window cleaning could be better.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is an issue. Would recommend being competitive or included in total price.
