Everything from gyms to walking grounds to shops and restaurants and train station are within a few minutes walk. Movie theatre across the road is also a great to have

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have, but only after multiple emails and calls to the alert phone.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Gym is ok for a small apartment gym, enough variety.

There’s a Tesco express that’s so close to the apartment which is convenient. A massive Sainsbury’s is also walking distance which has a home section and a clothing section, inside there’s an Argos.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For repairs, they send someone in maintenance and he is nice

We had a storage room which is useful and only found out when we moved in.

Kooky Redhill is perfectly located for us in the centre. It is within walking distance of the train station, and nearby local shops. Parking for residents can be a bit of a nightmare If you haven’t got one of the spaces within the basement car park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues are attended to promptly, if we raise any issues by email they are responded to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had looked into parking a little better, as I find I often have to park a distance from home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very close to the train station and also the bus station. Parking is available on streets nearby and never not got a space. Traffic noise we have got use too but overall very peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yeah very prompt with repairs. Just an email away if we have any queries

How nice the building is to live in, quiet and just safe with all the fob locks for the building

Central location, shops and railway just a little noisy ie street cleaners noise levels can be high from street and occasionally residents

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes 100% no issues so far, decent service . Repairs are resolved very quickly

First viewing was excellent, property is welcoming
