This property is absolutely stunning! The design is modern and sleek, and the management is top-notch. They have been incredibly responsive to any issues that I have had, and they go above and beyond to make sure that their residents are happy. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and well-managed place to call home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great which has good access to everything. Inside the development, there're plenty of greenery, a few playgrounds, and plenty of parking spaces with charging ports.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It's always super responsive. I had problems with shower head, toilet seat, wall paint, etc. all sorted swiftly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It can be tricky for the delivery people to get the correct location and entrance.

Concerns regarding Kooky Whetstone

Sadly the Kooky Whetstone development suffers from antisocial behaviours by (a small minority) of residents in Burr and Carmen courts. Smoking on balconies and loud music playing frequently. This is not in keeping with the luxury claim of the development. This has been raised directly by e-mail with Kooky Whetstone team. It would be helpful if Kooky were on site and did checks for antisocial behaviour. This review is three months after another reviewer’s comment regarding noise and anti-social behaviour that persists. The flats themselves and location are excellent but the anti-social behaviour spoils quiet enjoyment of the development. A concerned Kooky Whetstone resident

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Whetstone is a gray area and the location of the flat is ideal for accessing the local amenities. Great transport links: tube buses very nearby and overland train easy to get to. Sadly, anti-social behaviour in the development is a major negative aspect in the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Kooky have also been directly contacted but the problems persist sadly

Design of the development is good. Quality of the materials are not the best but they are allright. There are rubbish on the walkway and around the parking space. Kooky Management is always helpful and always there when you need anyrhıng from them, especially Vesa.

Great High Street with local restaurants. Private parking is a plus. Although its close to the high street there is no noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When its not working hours its almost inpossible to have any help. But in working hours they are quite helpful and responsive.

I wish, I knew the area before. I would move earlier.

Good building design, responsive management team

The interior design with security controlled doors at floor entrance is very good, and futuristic pictures posted in lobbies are also a stylistic elements that gave real personality to the building itself. The improvement areas are there should have proper guideline / reminders to those tenants with improper parking and indoor smoking from new tenant. (Smoking should be prohibited in lift car and floor corridor) I also found the original lift interior is better than current one.

Good quality and variety option of neighbor restaurant, with close proximity of transportation link included tube and local bus routes Parking availability is good for visiting friends. The only issues are delayed bins collection by Council.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Reactive maintenance on HRV is being handled, will be better if the repair work can be completed within 2 months but not 4 months.

The driveway to A109 on the back of Carmen Court is now connected. This news can be announced to tenants as to facilitate driver direct access to A109 straight away.

Needs more sockets in the main bedroom near the wardrobe. The building design is really nice and the flat spacious. It feels very secure and is a quiet block. The management team are really good, especially Vesa who has been really helpful when ever I ask particularly as I live abroad half the time.

Good.. near shops and tube. Parking space. Feels very secure Bad- lighting in bedroom and sockets

Really well, promptly and food communication generally
