The design of the building and architectural structure is nice and pleasant on the eye

Perfect location and is close to all the local shops and amenities. Considering it is town centre the noise is quiet. Parking is really bad and hard to find a place most evenings.

Please review your development:

The design of the building and architectural structure is nice and pleasant on the eye. Property management is well maintained and clean but the mess is usually from dog fowl and is usually cleaned up as soon as possible. The facilities are good, I have used the gym but not the cinema room.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how bad the parking can be and also the dog fowl problem from owners.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have on a few occasions sent emails but received no response so I have had to call the head office to get an answer to my query.

The location is really convenient especially for me as a non-driver because it’s close to the local shops, park, train/bus station, restaurants and many more! I have been living here for a while now and the area is safe.

Please review your development:

The apartment design is modern and has complete facilities such as the gym, yoga room, cinema room and lounge area! I have used all of them and it’s great. The receptionist and property manager were also very approachable. We can easily report our issues and it gets sorted by the team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we could’ve known how much the rent rate increase range after signing the contact.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all were responded with delays sometimes but it gets sorted eventually.

Bad management from support

Review Date Apr 2024

The high street is extremely noisy day and night, platform paid parking is still difficult. Shops are ok and some good restaurants. Very anti social, neighbours are noisy and police have a been called numerous times. Fire alarms go off and no one in platform helps to turn off.

Please review your development:

Nice modern kitchen and bathroom, maintenance always fixed well and quickly. Poor management regarding any commercial questions. Gym is too small only suitable for 1 user at a time. Not enough on site parking given you pay for it. Parcels frequently get lost in parcel room

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not to move here. Terrible management, extremely noisy neighbours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Few attempts to ask neighbours to lower noise, not enough. Lied about contracts and lied about roof terrace that does not exist

The development is great.

Review Date Apr 2024

Location is great, parking is limited but there are other options for parking. Lots of bars and restaurants to explore but the people around town can display anti-social behaviour.

Please review your development:

The development is great. Gym facility is limited but functional. Generally clean and nicely designed. Parcel delivery is not secure though. Anyone with a code can access the store room where parcels are kept. Management is amazing and you can’t hear your neighbours which is a plus.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parcel deliveries don’t go straight to your door. It’s not that secure.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always prompt and helpful. They are easy to get hold of.
