We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The building is quite nice on the inside. The reception and work/social areas are both quite small but well presented. My large 1 bedroom apartment is MUCH smaller that how it was presented in photos. I'd class it as a large studio more than anything. Other people in the building paying the same rent have much bigger apartments than mine, its seems to be luck of the draw on which one you get. The gym is small but usable. It gets quite cramped when more than 3 people are in at a time. The outside of the building isn't the most beautiful thing in the world. The £200 rise in rent next year is extortionate when compared to other options. The staff are lovely though, I don't have a bad word to say about them.

The building has a very modern design with a nice communal area. The flats themselves are also modern and spacious. Facilities such as the laundry rooms are great but can get very busy. The gym is nice but very small as expected. Property management is great with reception open all day every day. The system for parcel collection is also good, you never have to worry about your parcel being misplaced or stolen.

The design of the place is decent. My room specifically could be more spacious. There’s barely any wardrobe space so a lot of my things go under the bed. It gets very dusty in the rooms, you have to clean it everyday. The laundry room should have cameras

Building is in a great location for either trafford or manchester city centre based jobs, including universities. Concierge staff are very friendly and helpful, however opening times could be extended. Facilities are good including a small gym, lounge area and multiple washing rooms - albeit if the washing machines break a lot. The building has 3 total lifts, however 1 is permanently broken and there was a 6 month period in which there was only 1 working lift which was a shambles. Flat quality is modern and clean, never had any problems with appliances breaking.
