    On face value the building looks great with modern style and gym. However the brand new apartment has had many problems and contractor visits. There was a flood in building and everything has been ripped out it’s like living on a building site and little has been done to improve situation.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The property is on the edge of northern quarter so close walking to all the city has to offer including restaurants and Arndale shopping centre. There is homeless starting to sleep in the overhand covered area of the building.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They just sweep off issues and say they’ll do something but nothing ever comes of it.

    The issues the properties had had leading to many repair call outs

    the design is quite good and it looks morden, the facilities is enough to use, for daily. the bueilding mangement wasnt quite good due to there are no safety guard are well prepare, the property mangement is quite good, everyone is helpful and kindful.

    the area is quite good for me to live in, it is near to the shopping mall and buying food is efficient. however, when there is match day, it will a bit noisy and being disturbed

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    the respond speed is fast enough, it takes a week to help me solve with the screw only.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    the heater working method, it is hard to understand the emoji, maybe due to im not a local student

    First, can focus more on the facility maintenance, because there has so many times have problems about it. For example: the first day I move in doesn’t have a heating room I was really cold. And the few day after there is not hot water for us to use.

    This address it’s quite far away from the city center. So if you are a person who like to go shopping it’s not convenient.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    At the night the building is noisy. Some of the tenants they are partying.

    I need to buy more food before I move in. Cuz in here it’s not convenient to buy my own food

    the staff are just amazing friendly helpful and the rooms are really modern if you need anything updating it is never an issue they will do it straight away and i think thats really good the concierge is so friendly too and thats important to us when were home

    Absolutely amazing perfect location lots of shops and takeaways and parks and transport there is even parking

    No issues at all they are fixed very quick and i feel heard

    How amazing it was and easy to get to from anywhere in manchester

    I like everything in my development. I like my flat very modern and everything was new fell in love when me and my partner first time seen it. Love my flat design especially the kitchen and the open livingroom. Love the gym, the open spaces downstairs. The management team very kind and helpful. Over all it's all perfect.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    We has a nearest coop if I need something, over all the restaruants,bars are perfect love the shops around me, and ghe arndale plaza very close if I want go shopping. I can't really hear traffic noise so everything perfect.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We didn't had any issues at all but I'm sure they'll fix as soon as they could.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I think maybe some more furniture like a cupboard would be helpful, I have so many things and don't really has enough space but it's totally up to person not everyone has that much stuff as I do
