Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Its not too bad but definitely could be better if there were more shops nearby, bit of walk to centre but cant complain, I pretty much like it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They did manage to fix it but never on time take sometimes took ages to fix.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we had a coffee machine for the people living in the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Proximity to the city centre and train stations is really good, as only a short walk away. Parking is available with the building and there are always spaces free. Roadworks can be loud throughout the day/ night, which can get annoying and have a tendency to close the road near the building, meaning you have to go round to get in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The majority of the requests are fulfilled promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish that upon arrival we were shown around the building more and the flat, going through how the appliances worked in the flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the area, easy to get to everything as i’m at university. only problem is the road works going on at the moment but they are temporary so it’s not too bad!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had any issues yet to be able to answer.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only thing was we thought the ethernet was included as my partner games but was an easy fix for better wifi.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is beautiful and wonderful and the services are excellent, but as for parking spaces, the number is very limited and the place is small and does not accommodate more than 15 cars only, and most of them are disable .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The problem now occurs after a few hours the problem is completely eliminated.

Parking: I don't know how this will be dealt with, but unfortunately the space is very limited for parking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

On step of northern quarter, good location. Quiet noise wise. Modern clean building. Parking street free on weekend.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Often slow to respond but do eventually sort the problem out. New building so not lots of issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lots of young professionals. But could be more social if management ran events. Clean modern building. Great location
