We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The building is extremely conveniently located. Within 5 minutes of train station, several large office buildings and most stores in town. The building has incredible facilities that are well managed and free to use. The gym is well taken care of. When issuing complaints re broken equipment, we receive feedback promptly and the issue is resolved soon after. The building is generally well maintained and clean. The building could do with aircon. Our side of the building gets extreme sun during the summer which makes it very unpleasant in the late afternoon. The staff are all friendly and go above and beyond to help.

Thames Quarter is perfect for families and animal lovers. As the building is pet friendly, you don’t need to worry too much about damage caused by your pets. The building is properly managed by the team who work here. If you have any issues they are easy to approach and will do their best to solve the issue. The team at TQ also put great effort into celebrating different cultures and Pride month The maintenance team are incredibly helpful and will do their best to fix the issue before resorting to calling outside agencies.

The facilities are new, and there are numerous events promoting their use. I always see people at the ping pong tables, using the theater, and communal areas for work or watching sports. The spaces are large and comfortable, floor to ceiling windows, and a great gym. A few things require fixing up, carpets in corridors have gotten dirty in a few years, and some finishes won't last many years, but in general very nice.

It's good so far, I'm living here for 3 years just minor negatives which doesn't affect our living. We enjoy every day every moment the view etc. Property has common work space, private dining room, private cinema theatre and free coffee. Ps.: the rent is expensive
