The facilities around the building are fantastic particularly the gym and working areas. The cleaning team do a great job of keeping communal areas clean and even the bin storage has been relatively clean for a while now. The courtyard is a difficult one. The idea is nice but in actuality it means there's little privacy both for anyone using the courtyard and for anyone with courtyard facing windows. Perhaps some trees would help it feel less exposed? The building management has been fantastic. It is a night and day difference between the old management team and the new. It's clear the team is putting a huge effort into improving life in the building and it's truly made a massive difference. In particular I'd like to talk about the new communal areas rule that state children aren't allowed to use them outside of 4-6pm which could seem harsh or unnecessary to some who dont understand what was going on. This rule has truly been a godsend. Before there would be unattended children left in the communal areas at all hours who would run around screaming and breaking communal things making these areas completely unusable to anyone else. The courtyard was particularly bad and the children would be out there making horrendous noise and mess until gone 10pm every night including school nights and there would be times it continued on past midnight. The noise would be so bad you couldn't have your windows open at all despite the heat and I'd have to wear noise cancelling headphones constantly just to try to get some peace. It was made worse by the children actively harassing my small dog. If they saw her in our apartment window they would throw their balls at her to scare her or they barked at her to get a reaction. This is not to mention how dangerous it was to have these incredibly young children completely unattended in a place with easy access to the main road for hours on end. These issues with the children were continuing to escalate and it was genuinely pushing us to consider breaking our lease and leaving despite this being our home for over three years now. The new rule has really improved things for us. My dog is no longer harassed and my partner and I can finally relax in the evenings and make use of the facilities we pay for. I can't state enough how grateful I am to the team for implementing and enforcing this as I now no longer feel like I'm living in a creche. Having said that I will say the children are still out there unattended until around 7:30 most days and I worry it will return to what it was before but for now, it is so much better and my flat feels like home again.

I've been living here almost three years now and the changes the site only seems to improve. It's clear the on-site team really care about the work they do and they really put their all in to making the building a good home to live in. There's usually 1-2 events held a month which can be great for meeting new people, pets (pet brunches have been fantastic), or just getting some free food. Everyone in the team is lovely, really takes the time out of their day to talk to you and I couldn't recommend them enough. Facilities include workspaces, the on-site gym, large courtyard with built in BBQ, and the comfort of never having a delivery company claim you weren't in despite not leaving the flat (24-hour reception). The new building is due to open late 2025 as part of the same site which includes further facilities, though not fully sure on what's there yet. Would honestly recommend the site to anyone that asked.

What really makes this development stand out is the exceptional on-site team. From the reception team to the maintenance staff and building manager, everyone is extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about residents’ well-being. Any issues raised are handled quickly and efficiently — whether it’s a leaky tap or a parcel delivery, nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The design of the building is modern and elegant, with well-maintained communal areas that give the whole place a luxury feel. Facilities like the gym, lounge, and co-working space are kept in excellent condition. The property and building management are highly responsive and proactive, often checking in with residents and clearly communicating any updates. It really feels like they go the extra mile to create a community, not just a place to live.

I would say maybe only some games like pool, tennis table. And things like that. More study spaces because we dont have enough spaces at the moment, i would say we can have more events to gather more with the residents, i also would like if we helped the kids here to manage their feelings and give them more time to play

I have lived at Domain for 2.5 years and it has been ideal. The location is brilliant for getting into town, the factilities are brilliant (having a gym on site is really useful). A cinema room for nights in and a BBQ in the summer it has been brilliant. The best thing about Domain has been the staff, from the secuirty team, cleaners to the management team. They have all been fantastic and helpful at every stage. Whether it is booking the various rooms or just for a friendly face when you come in after a long day and someone to say hello and greet you. I would highly recommend Domain whether in a couple or individual as I have done both. The building is clean, Apartments are of a great standard and if you do have any issues the Maintenance team are quick to get it sorted. Special thanks to Emily, Emilia, Nicola, Stephen and Georgie who have been fantastic.
