We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The design of the development is good except for a few roads which don’t have a path to walk down due to the layout of the parking spaces and drive ways which is a bit annoying. There are still no shops here which is not convenient but the local school seems great and there are excellent parks on the development.

I love my property, the quality of the materials are great but the problem is the labour, it’s a luck on that, you have to check properly. I bought the property a bit outside the central area which I love, and if you have children or want soon I think is something you should consider, also because it’s a residential area everyone can use cars but is not like proper streets for high speed which makes it safe.

Love the layout of the development, easy to drive and walk around. As before, need a small shop in the area but not sure when that will be developed. The buildings have been good, haven't come across anything bad. The aftercare team have been easy to communicate with, there was only 1 email I never heard back from but no biggy.

The property we moved into was built to a very good standard with extra utilities coming as standard. The timber frame construction offers great energy savings. The area once completed will be very desirable with a newly built school and local shops being built in the near future.

Good house, L and Q aftercare hit and miss. Claimed a damaged / incorrectly fitted tile was not their responsibility. So according to their logic they can just hand over a property with all broken bathroom tiles.
