Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is fantastic, near Westfield and Stratford International. I can tell that the building has been designed with soundproofing in mind, but to be honest, even with the windows closed, i can still hear the sound of trains below and the music from the bar (or is it a restaurant?) opposite in the evenings. However, given that the location, I can understand this.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The FOH team responds promptly to everyday issues, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. However, when it comes to matters such as leasing, rents and payments, staff responses are not always timely (or rather, hardly ever reply). I'm not sure whether residents can send queries to the leasing team... but their email is on the resident handbook. Personally, I find the portal's design rather confusing, particularly the recent payments activity section (this is merely my personal opinion).

Actually the messages before moving in are quite detailed. Thank you to the management team. It's great.

I love east village - it's super vibey and safe and clean. There is a nice feeling of neighborhood and so many amenities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They've been an absolute dream; they went out of their way to help on during our moving week

Nothing really - we were really impressed with how proactive the Rondo onboarding team was

Great area, with excellent transport links, shopping, restaurants and cafes. Close to beautiful parks, canals. It's great!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't had any issues yet ;) But the stuff has been super helpful otherwise

We are very happy about the flat and have no feedback to share at the moment

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to amenities and the building is brand new which is great. It seems like a nice area. Close to the shopping centre

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Tyron and Sharon have been amazing. So helpful and did everything we asked

The loading bay should be reserved for moving in days. It was not free all day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing! Close to Westfield and other stories including a tube station. It’s really convenient for working professionals and families.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues yet. However so far they have been pretty good.

I wish I knows how peaceful Stratford is. It’s one of the highly recommended places to live.
