The local shopping and transportation is amazing. The bad aspect is bin location, not in the same building, not easy to carry rubbish during windy and rainy day(as need to get out of the building), also need to open half dozen doors.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, very responsive. I had few stuff need to fix, the team all sorted them out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would be good to gave a quick guide, like the temp van/car access for moving, the reception running time and etc

Incredibly close to both Battersea park and power station for shops, quick to sloan square and clapham.

Very responsive management to queries made historically

Perfect location. Close to the park, in front of the train and minutes walking from the tube and Power Station shopping centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Perfect. Always fixed everything we needed in a speedy and professional manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Gets a little hot in summer as it has no AC Ask for the flats facing the park!! Those views are amazing

Great location and access to the tube and trains. Multiple shops and restaurants. My favourite neighbourhood in London!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always quick and helpful response. Very helpful and nice in contact.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing comes to my mind. Maybe that it would be better if tenants could choose the gas provider.

The building location is excellent and very convenient to the power station, tube, and overground train stations. I think overall the property is kept very well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well. They respond within the day usually and are quick to schedule in to fix issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t have anything that I wish I knew. The property is exactly what I expected. And it’s a great location.
