We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Likes good enough size is alright for a small family 2 bedroom dislike lift is always breaking down building management has a slow response time last week my son got stuck in the lift on a Sunday and they didn't respond for hours this building was previously an office so it is not well ventilated so during the summer it gets extremely hot no ac administration fixes the service charges and they are so high very expensive for water

Flat is nice, and modern and the size is fair. However the parking for is a bit steep. They take a while to fix thing in the builiding. The elevator is nearly always broken. It gets fixed but not quickly enough

The lift is a big concern, it is always faulty. Recently we have had some leakages a no on has fixed them. Spoilt food in the fridge due to the leakage resulting in a power cut and have not been reimbursed

Lots of good facilities around, good for shopping , and for food. Often go to box park on the weekend for a good time. Would appreciate if the room was a bit bigger but a good size in general. The elevator often breaks down , and sometimes can take a while before it has been fixed
