Would highly recommend - apartments and the building itself feel modern, clean and functional. The communal areas and roof terraces are nice touches to have access to. Great sense of community in the building itself. On-site management team are always friendly and happy to help and develop a good culture in the building. Any maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and always feel looked after.

Everything available in walking distance from shops, gyms, coffee shops, restaurants, banks, and much more

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All maintenance requests dealt with promptly and followed up. Feel looked after and safe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Friendly on-site/concierge team who are always happy to help. Nice surprises like treats in the communal areas on Fridays/special occasions. On-site gym would be a great bonus.

Living as a private tenant in this property development has been a largely positive experience. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, featuring stylish amenities that truly enhance the living experience. The management team is proactive and responsive, addressing any issues quickly and professionally. I appreciate the sense of community fostered here; neighbors are friendly, and the communal spaces are inviting. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and parks. Overall, I feel fortunate to call this place home.

Property staff are super friendly and make sure that the day-to-day running of the property goes smoothly. Transport links are great with East Croydon station being a stone-throw away. There's no real disruptions in the area and lots of restaurants and bars on the local high street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been incredibly responsive to any issues I've raised. They address concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a comfortable living environment. I'm very pleased with their support!

Knowing your neighbours before hand which is largely uncontrollable but everyone is friendly so there's no issues here

Design is very modern and well maintained. Communal area very clean and well designed. There is also parking available if you have a car and is extremely close to the train station! Only thing missing thatcould be a good add on would be a GYM! Overall very great building and apartments.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have welcomed us with a freshly painted and very clean apartment. Staff is always open to help and try to make us happy with any request! In addition, there is a very great terrace where you can take your pet for a walk!

The best development in Croydon

the building's design is quite unique and the overall finishing quite pleasing. Current management is top notch, which is a nice and much needed improvement after a dip between the original team and now. We lack facilities in comparison to other buildings in the area but then again the views from the 2 roofs! on our building are impeccable and the co-working space very stylish.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My partner, myself, and our dog have now leaved here for four years and I think that No.26 might be the best development in Croydon! We have a local store at our feet, and train buses and tram are a stone's through from our door.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Current management seems to be very keen to keep the building, communal spaces and flats up to standards, they seem to be getting on top of things, responsive, communication is much improved and there seems to be a cash injection, which always helps.

there are a few different layouts to accommodate every taste, so do visit a couple of different flats

I moved in 2020 and have enjoyed every moment of living here, the price you pay and quality you get in return is unmatched, the staff are lovely and are always on hand to help with any issues or concerns, the building has security which makes you feel at ease and everything you could want is within walking distance.

If you are deciding to live in Croydon there is no better place, close to everything you would need but most importantly a 2 minute walk to the station which is ideal

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always on hand to help, a member of staff is always downstairs and tend to issues straight away

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building is very very well insulated, meaning winters you will hardly feel the need to turn on heating but that means our summers can get very hot so to anyone moving in make sure to buy something to keep you cool
